Advised her to stay off reporting party’s property and that a No Contact Order would be officially served. Female acknowledged warning and left lot.
2:26 p.m. 1100 Block S. Surf. Male subject – Difficulty breathing. SBEMS responded. Subject transported to GHCH.
3:55 p.m. – W. Ocean and N. Melbourne. Using Wireless Device While Driving.
4:22 p.m. – 1400 Block S. Montesano. Vehicle Stop: Registered Owner has Suspended License. Driver not registered owner.
5:00 p.m. – S. Montesano & Pine. Driving While Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Mandatory Court Appearance.

8:23 p.m. – 2400 Block S. Pleasant. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Possible Domestic Violence Assault. Officer held scene until deputy arrived.
8:55 p.m. – 300 Block E. Pacific. Harassment. Report of neighbor potentially burning plastic. Vague threats stated through fence. Reporting party advised to get an Anti-Harassment Order if problem persists. Neighbor denied any threats.

7:51 p.m. – 100 Block E. Peterson. 911 hang-up. Unable to re-call. Officer checked area with negative results.
1:46 p.m. – S. Montesano & W. Veterans. 911 open line. Music heard. Unable to re-call. Officer checked area with negative results.
4:37 p.m. – 400 Block E. Pacific. Small speaker found in middle of laundry room that was originally on a shelf. Speaker not broken and appeared to have been placed there. Officer advised party to lock laundry room.
4:01 p.m. – N. Montesano & Tacoma. Expired Registration.
4:32 p.m. – 1800 Block N. Nyhus. Speeding – 58/35-mph zone.
9:46 p.m. – Half Moon Bay Lot. Suspicious Activity: Vehicle. Three vehicles parked after dusk. Subjects left voluntarily after being advised that area is closed at dusk.

11:29 a.m. – 2500 Block N. Nyhus – Westport Inn. Laundry room fire. While in route – reporting party stated smoke was from a burned out pump. Assistance no longer requested. WFD continued response.
4:32 p.m. – 600 Block N. Ocosta. Suspicious Activity: Persons. Officer contacted subject who was dealing with subletting apartment above Westport Laundry.
5:18 p.m. – 1800 Block N. Nyhus. Ocean Gold. Report of lunch box containing personal ID and other personal property stolen. Report filed.
5:48 p.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Defective Windshield.
7:42 p.m. – 2900 Block N. Harms. Alleged Sex Offense. Couple reported engaging in sexual intercourse in large clear, but steamed-up, garbage bag on beach. Not as reported. Officer contacted fully clothed male and female and their small dog that were using bag as shelter from wind while watching ocean.
8:23 p.m. – 900 Block S. Montesano. Domestic Difficulty: Non-Criminal. Verbal Only.
10:17 p.m. – Westhaven State Park. Vehicle in park after hours. Advised of closure at dusk. Subject departed.

5:17 a.m. – 2400 Block N. Nyhus. RV in Lot #2. Note left on windshield advising that RVs are to be parked in Lot #3.
9:41 a.m. – 700 Block W. Hancock – Chateau Westport. Trespass. Report of nearby resident continuously coming into lobby to help himself to coffee. Gone on officer’s arrival. Officer checked area with negative results.
12:03 p.m. – 1200 Block S. Surf. Theft. Several items reported taken by former tenant. Ongoing investigation.
7:23 p.m. – 200 Block E. Dock. Identity Theft First Degree and Property Theft 2nd Degree regarding scam.
7:44 p.m. – 200 Block E. Dock – Holiday Motel. Welfare Check. During initial contact, officer informed that a friend was called with arrangements made for subject to be picked up and cared for.
9:29 p.m. – 200 Block E. Dock – Holiday Motel. Male subject from previous call returned to motel and requested medical aid. SBEMS responded and transported subject to GHCH.
9:02 p.m. – 500 Block S. Forrest. Audible Alarm. Operator Error.
10:12 p.m. – 800 Block Jetty View. Barking Dog. Ongoing problem. Officer checked area with negative results. Info forwarded to Animal Control Officer.

2:21 a.m. – Uptown Westport business alarm. Doors and windows secure. Appeared to be accidental.
5:25 a.m. – 2100 Block N. Nyhus – Westwind. Robbery. Female victim getting out of car turned to retrieve items from vehicle was shoved from behind and her purse stolen. Male suspect fled north on Nyhus. Described as 6 ft. tall or taller, skinny with lanky build, wearing black beanie, orange with darker color jacket that was darker orange on back and light-colored jeans. Black purse with two zippers on front. Contained $150 in cash, checkbook, wallet, iPod and prescription meds.
6:37 a.m. – Yearout & E. Wilson. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Hit & Run. Report of vehicle hitting telephone pole, then leaving scene. Vehicle stopped. Driver stated that he went off roadway to avoid striking another vehicle that had pulled out in front of him near the Westport ‘Y’.
11:38 a.m. – S. Montesano & SR105. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Report of male staggering in roadway, causing traffic hazard. Officer checked area with negative results.
12:02 p.m. – 600 Block W. Tacoma. Phone contact. Child making noise in background. Unable to determine a problem. Officer contacted parent who stated that her son was playing with her phone.
12:37 p.m. – 1200 Block Surf. Speeding.
2:36 p.m. – 2300 Block Westhaven. Parking Violation.
2:45 p.m. – 2300 Block Westhaven. Parking Violation.
3:29 p.m. – 100 Block W. Wilson. Speeding.

4:37 p.m. – 100 Block N. Montesano. Suspicious Activity. Male subject believed to be a registered sex offender observed with a younger looking female. Officer contacted subjects. Adult couple with no criminal activity evident.
5:05 p.m. – 1100 Block W. Ocean. Citizen Assist – Female and her children lost on beach near Westport by the Sea. Officer found subjects and provided courtesy transport to their vehicle in 1600 Block Hancock.

7:43 p.m. – 900 Block N. Forrest. Speeding.

12:14 a.m. – 1900 Cranberry. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Vehicle Prowl. Report of subject lighting truck on fire. Subject stated that truck overheated and he had dumped water on it, creating steam. Subject arrested by deputy on outstanding felony warrant.
12:53 a.m. – Broadway & Ocean. Crab line across roadway. Officer cleared and checked area for additional line. Second line removed at Ocean & Olympia.
1:04 a.m. – 600 Block W. Ocean. Bike Without Lights.
11:32 a.m. – 400 Block E. Neddie Rose. Lost wallet.
12:06 p.m. – 200 Block W. Seattle. Clothing left in reporting party’s woodshed. Unknown how long there. Extra patrols requested.
2:33 p.m. – SR105 at Oyster Place. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Attempt to locate recklessly driven vehicle southbound from winery. Officer contacted driver who stated that a bee had entered the vehicle. Not DUI.
3:21 p.m. N. Montesano & Patterson. Speeding.
3:24 p.m. – 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Parking. Truck and boat trailer in Bike Lane.
4:05 p.m. – W. Ocean & Central. Expired Registration.
4:20 p.m. – E. Wilson & Float 21. Lobby contact for Vehicle vs. Vehicle collision. Non-injury – most likely reportable. Report filed.
5:42 p.m. – Dune Crest Loop. Possible drug activity in vehicle. Cleared as info.
8:07 p.m. – N. Forrest & Tacoma. Van towing unlicensed motorhome. Operator of motorhome arrested for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree.
9:01 p.m. – N. Forrest & Spokane. Van pulling motorhome with no lights. Dealt with in previous contact.
9:42 p.m. – N. Montesano & Seattle. No Tail lights after Dark.
