Tomorrow marks the kickoff for the 13th Annual Rusty Scupper’s Pirate Daze. Whatever you’re looking for in the way of entertainment, you’ll be sure to find fun at this free admission event that runs from noon Friday through Sunday afternoon along Westhaven Drive in Westport’s Marina District.
All three days will feature live music, games for kids, mini brig battles, black-powder weapons demonstrations, belly dancing, Treasure Chest drawings, more than 60 vendors offering great items for sale, festival food and costume contests.
And, of course, the streets will be filled with professional pirates and pirate wannabes doing their very best to scare you!
Watch yerselves, Mateys! Them pirates be a scrappy lot! And if ya can’t lik ‘em why not join ‘em? Dress up in your favorite pirate gear and join in the fun!
