8:45 a.m. - 700 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Accident. Hit & run. Report filed.

9:41 a.m. - 900 Block N. Montesano. Reporting party gave pre-paid bank card information to female claiming to be from Grays Harbor County, indicating she owed money and if not paid a felony warrant would be issued. Reporting party stated account was never access, no money missing. Officer advised reporting party to not give out information over phone.

8:26 p.m. - 2000 Block N. Nyhus. 911 open line.

8:26 p.m. - 700 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

8:44 p.m. - 1900 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Registered owner Driving While License Suspended.

9:30 p.m. - 1200 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

10:27 p.m. - 100 Block W. Veterans. Suspicious Activity. Report of open door on vacant residence. Officer cleared interior, no one found, secured open door.

12:11 a.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific - South Bayview Apartments. Welfare Check. Officer dispatched for report of possible child abuse. Not as reported.

1:56 a.m. - 200 Block E. Dock - Holiday Motel. Disturbance. Officer contacted guests in room 20 to keep noise levels down. No further complaints.

1:46 p.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific. Disorderly Conduct. Verbal dispute over stolen UPS package. Female party advised she has witness to theft. Officer advised female to contact him if witness will complete statement.

4:06 p.m. - 700 Block S. Melbourne. 911 hang-up. Homeowner advised accidental call.

4:28 p.m. - 400 Block N. 1st. Traffic Accident. Cold hit & run. Report filed.

5:32 p.m. - 200 Block E. Harms. Report of threats. Officer advised reporting party to get anti-harassment order.

5:39 p.m. - 1900 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Failure to Stop at Stop Sign/Not Wearing Seatbelt.

5:39 p.m. - 600 Block W. Ocean. Officer dispatched to disorderly subject yelling at reporting party.

9:11 p.m. - 200 Block E. Harms. Trespass. Subject gone on officer’s arrival. Report taken.

11:15 p.m. - N. Montesano & Sprague. Report of reckless vehicle in area. Officer checked area with negative results.

12:33 a.m. - 100 Block W. Newell. Suspicious Person. Report of male standing on corner, possibly being a look-out for crime. Male advised he was in verbal with wife, just taking a walk. No signs of criminal activity.

2:24 a.m. - 800 Block Ocean. Malicious Mischief. Report of garbage can on fire. WFD doused flames. No suspects in area.

8:02 a.m. - 700 Block W. Ocean. Suspicious Activity. Officer returned phone call about trash cans turned over and one burned. Report filed.

9:53 a.m. - Uptown. Business alarm. False alarm. No criminal activity.

8:58 a.m. - Wilson & Yearout. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

9:52 a.m. - Uptown. Business alarm. Store open, employees inside. No problem.

10:06 a.m. - 1100 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Stop Sign Violation.

10:35 a.m. - 600 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

1:15 p.m. - Washington & Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

3:41 p.m. - Various Locations in Westport. Agency Assist for DOC. Warrant services.

6:10 p.m. - WPD. Phone call request regarding previously reported incident. Advised case officer will contact reporting party when next on duty.

7:44 p.m. - 1400 Block N. Montesano. Officer assisted vehicle owner pushing vehicle to private property.

10:02 p.m. - 100 Block E. Patterson. Traffic Stop: Defective Brake Light.

10:38 p.m. - 500 Block W. Ocean. Suspicious Person. Officer observed two males walking west after coming out from behind trailer.

8:04 a.m. - 800 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Hazard. Officer set up cones, redirected traffic around downed line until PUD repaired.

10:23 a.m. - Ocean & Aberdeen. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

11:46 a.m. - 200 Block W. Veterans. Traffic Stop: Mudflap Violation.

3:24 p.m. - 1600 Block Schmidt. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Officer assisted with report of Domestic Violence.

4:52 p.m. - Blackbeard’s Brewery. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Female reported possible burglary in progress. Officer contacted two employees outside, going to work.

8:18 p.m. - 110 Block W. Pacific - Westport Brewery. Trespass. Report of male sitting on porch of residence. Officer contacted male subject and advised him to remain off property. No further complaints.

2:40 a.m. - 200 Block E. Spokane. Officer contacted two subject who fled from officer during routine stop. Subject stated they didn’t know he was police officer, they were running from three individuals. Story substantiated. Courtesy transport provided to their residence.

3:38 a.m. - 800 Block S. Forrest. Officer conducted traffic stop on one vehicle pushing another with no lights on. Advised driver of disabled vehicle to pull off road. Secure vehicle. Return during daylight hours.

6:16 p.m. - 200 Block W. Wilson. Disorderly Conduct. Report received of male subject off medications, “freaking out.” Officer determined male, along with female and another male, were intoxicated, yelling at each other. Subjects advised to remain civil, calm down. No further complaints.

8:14 p.m. - 800 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Hazard. Report of two males daring in and out of traffic. Officer contacted male intoxicated subject, advised them about being in roadway. No further complaints.

8:34 p.m. - 1000 Block N. Montesano. Suspicious Activity. Open door discovered on tool storage area connected to residence. Officer contacted home owner who was unaware of open door. No criminal activity.

10:22 p.m. - 1100 Block N. Montesano. Extra patrols requested for residence. On-coming shifts advised.

12:48 a.m. - Half Moon Bay Beach Approach. Vehicle parked after hours. Officer advised occupants. They left.

1:21 a.m. - 400 Block N. Ocosta. Disorderly Conduct. Subject angry with officer who followed him home from bar. Officer explained that he is allowed to patrol wherever he choses in the City. Officer disengaged with subject to avoid further conflict and left location.

1:31 a.m. - 400 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Equipment/Suspended Driver’s License 3rd Degree. Mandatory Court Appearance.

1:35 a.m. - N. Harms & E. Lamb. 911 open line. Officer checked area with negative results.

3:48 p.m. - 800 Block E. Pacific. Suspicious unoccupied vehicle parked on city property. Check of area later revealed vehicle had moved.

7:10 p.m. - City Park. Officer observed white male who appeared to be subject with Westport warrant. Wrong subject.

7:17 p.m. - 1200 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

7:48 p.m. - Westport Post Office. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration.

8:26 p.m. - 500 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration.

8:58 p.m. - Jetty Haul & N. Montesano. Welfare Check. Courtesy Transport to Float 5 provided to very intoxicated male.

9:04 p.m. - 200 Block W. Wilson. Suspicious Person. Report of male yelling for help. Male subject advised he was just yelling because he was angry at neighbor who was being loud. All quiet when officer arrived.

9:35 p.m. - Harbor & Nyhus. Suspicious Activity. Truck with camper trying to camp overnight advised they would have to find campground.

9:56 p.m. - 500 Block N. Forrest. Non-criminal Domestic Violence. Nothing physical, verbal only. Officer stood by while reporting party gathered belongings to leave.

9:59 p.m. - Midtown Shell. Officer advised male on bike he needed to have head light mounted and red reflector on rear during hours of darkness.

10:41 p.m. - E. Wilson & Yearout. Traffic Stop: Speeding.
