7:47 a.m. - 500 Block W. Newell. Warrant. Officer observed male leaving vacant residence. Subject ran on foot. Officer attempted to locate with negative results.

8:12 a.m. - 200 Block W. Sprague. Harassment. No direct contact between suspect and complainant. Officer advised subject to seek anti-harassment order.

8:43 a.m. - E. Patterson & N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

9:43 a.m. - 2500 Block Westhaven. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration.

11:35 a.m. - 400 Block W. Newell. Warrant. Subject stop on male with several warrants from WMC and Aberdeen. Arrested and transported to Aberdeen Jail.

12:10 p.m. - 1100 Block S. Broadway. Residential alarm. Residence checked. All secure.

2:00 p.m. - E. Patterson & N. Nyhus. Traffic Stop: Speeding/Failure to Signal Turn/No Seat Belt/Cracked Windshield/ No Proof of Insurance.

9:34 p.m. - Uptown. Business Alarm. Accidental. No problem.

12:16 a.m. - 300 S. Montesano - Viking Bowl. Camping. Officer contacted female sleeping in vehicle. Advised she could only camp in designated areas.

4:03 a.m. - 900 Block S. Montesano. Assault. Fight between landlord and tenant. Both parties claimed other started it. Statements obtained. Report filed.

7:54 a.m. - 200 Block W. Grant. Code. Truck/camper observed parked along city street. Same vehicle had been observed previous day behind Jolly Roger. Officer contacted male occupant. Advised subject of No Camping ordinance.

10:24 a.m. - N. Montesano & E. Patterson. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

10:39 a.m. - Half Moon Bay parking lot. Traffic Stop: Failure to Transfer Title/Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree.

11:00 a.m. - WPD. Phone call request regarding bank repossession of vehicle. Officer attempted contact twice. No answer.

12:44 p.m. - 800 Block W. Ocean. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

1:18 p.m. - 400 Block W. Pacific. Traffic Stop: Failure to Transfer Title/No Proof of Insurance.

3:22 p.m. - 100 Block W. Pacific. Disorderly Conduct. Resident stated she was yelling into her phone. Verbal only.

5:00 p.m. - WPD. Animal. Reporting party found black lab in harness. Will keep until Wednesday, then bring it in for Animal Control.

6:30 p.m. - Neddie Rose. Animal. Complaint of dog with yellow scarf around neck attempting to bite female on bike. Officer checked area with negative results.

8:50 p.m. - 200 Block W. Wilson. Disturbance. Complainant reported people arguing. Officer advised subjects to stay away from each other.

9:16 p.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific. Intoxicated female called 911- rambling about police needing to check on boyfriend’s children. She was advised to call back when she was sober.

10:33 p.m. Female from previous contract called again. Cursed and swore at dispatcher, stating that no one at CPS would listen to her. Officer went to location. Arrested female subject for telephone harassment. Jail would not hold. Female cited and released to boyfriend.

11:30 p.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific. Disorderly Conduct. Female from earlier call now disturbing neighbors. Officer advised she would be arrested and booked into APD Jail if she did not stop tantrum. Female quieted down. No further complaints.

3:03 a.m. - 700 Block S. Broadway. Vehicle Alarm. Officer contacted owner who advised she was unaware of alarm activation. No problems.

3:38 a.m. - 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Traffic. Vehicle parked taking up 4 stalls. Cited for Double Parking/Camping in Public.

7:38 a.m. - 1200 N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration.

7:51 a.m. - 600 Block N. Ocosta. Civil. Ongoing civil dispute. Hose at duplex removed from spigot. Placed in garage. Both parties claim ownership. Officer advised parties to resolve civilly.

8:17 a.m. - 100 Block W. Pacific. Suspicious Persons. Report of 3 suspicious persons on bench in laundromat parking lot. Officer checked area with negative results.

9:22 a.m. - 500 Block W. Veterans. Traffic Stop: Stop Sign Violation.

11:28 a.m. - Jetty Haul & Montesano. Traffic Stop. Speeding.

1:33 p.m. - 600 Block N. Olympia. Trespass. Subject heard there have been people trespassing in shed on his property. He stated he would likely tear it down to alleviate problem.

2:26 p.m. - 2300 Block Westhaven. Parking. Vehicle parked for extended time period in 30-minute parking zone.

2:51 p.m. - 900 Block S. Montesano. Theft. Report of theft of prescription medication. Report filed.

3:19 p.m. - 2300 Block N. Nyhus. Public Assist. Report of subject on porch being verbal, refusing to leave. Subject gone on officer’s arrival. Officer contacted subject. Advised to stay away from complainant’s trailer.

3:19 p.m. - 2300 Block N. Nyhus. Public Assist. Subject at residence next to Washington Crab complaining of flooding in his yard. Manager at Washington Crab advised breaker had blown, shutting down pump, resulting in flooding in area. Officer advised residence owner to settle civilly or contact insurance company if damage done to his property.

5:37 p.m. - WPD. Parking. Owner of RV who received ticket earlier in to complain about citation.

8:43 p.m. - 500 Block E. Tacoma. Suspicious Vehicles. ATVs riding on reporting party’s property. Officer contacted subject. Advised of trespassing. Checked vehicle for spark arrestor as reporting party was concerned about possibility of fire starting from ATVs.

9:34 p.m. - 700 Block Rainier. Suspicious vehicle. Report of vehicle driving around honking horn. Officer checked area with negative results.

10:27 p.m. - 1100 Block S. Broadway. Officer observed open garage door. Contacted homeowner who stated he forgot to close it.

12:15 a.m. - 1600 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Incorrect License Plates/Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree/Operating Motor Vehicle Without Ignition Interlock.

2:41 a.m. - 200 Block W. Wilson. Criminal Traffic Accident. Vehicle in ditch. Driver arrested for DUI.

8:00 a.m. - 900 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Stop Sign Violation.

8:16 a.m. - E. Wilson & Yearout. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

12:50 p.m. - 300 E. Elizabeth. Welfare Check. Male called advising wife was suicidal. Female state she was. Wanted to be transported to hospital. SBEMS notified. Subject transported.

12:56 p.m. - 1500 Block Wild Rose. Residential Alarm. Reporting party called back stated everything was fine. Alarm set off by dog walker.

2:21 p.m. - 1100 Block S. Montesano. Threats. Complainant reported threatening texts received. Suspect and potential victim live in Aberdeen. Officer advised subject to report to APD.

2:42 p.m. - 100 Block W. Wilson. Traffic Stop. Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree.

3:10 p.m. - 900 Block S. Montesano. Agency Assist for SBF. Responded to brush fire at Cranberry Motel. Fire crew extinguished.

4:32 p.m. - 2300 Block Westhaven. Traffic: Vehicle parked for extended time period in 30-minute parking zone.

9:38 p.m. - 400 Block E. Neddie Rose. Malicious Mischief. Complainant reported finding bent window screens as though someone tried to break in. Extra patrols requested.

9:10 p.m. - 900 Block S. Montesano. Criminal Domestic Difficulty. Argument between boyfriend and girlfriend. Both heavily intoxicated. Female admitted to hitting boyfriend. Arrested and booked for Domestic Violence Assault 4th Degree.

5:56 a.m. - 2300 Block Westhaven. Parking. Deep Sea Charters requesting parking enforcement in 30-minutes parking zones. Already have been doing.

10:32 a.m. - 2400 Block Nyhus - Hearty Galley. Parking. Vehicle blocking bicycle lane and half of eastbound lane. Officer advised owner to move vehicle.

11:04 a.m. - 100 W. Wilson. Traffic Stop: Stop Sign Violation.

11:39 a.m. - 2500 Block Westhaven. Parking. 2 vehicles parked for extended time period in 30-minute parking zone.

11:55 a.m. - N. Montesano & Spokane. Traffic Stop: Defective Windshield. Driver arrested and booked on GHCSO Felony Warrant.

4:05 p.m. - Forrest & Ocean. Traffic: Subject reported black truck parked nearby has suspended driver.

6:45 p.m. - Ocosta School lot. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Four Hispanic males reported seen loading stuff in back of white truck. Officer checked area with negative results. GHCSO advised.

7:30 p.m. - 100 Block E. Pacific – Senior House. Employee reported male possibly staying at location overnight. Officer contacted male subject who said he was loading games on computer. Officer observed porn videos playing. Contacted management of Senior House who said to have male subject leave. His behavior will be discussed at next board meeting.

10:07 p.m. - 1200 Block S. Ocosta. Disturbance. Complainant reported loud music, laughing, etc. in back yard. Officer contacted six people in back yard. Noise not unreasonable.

12:38 a.m. - 600 Block Hunley. Animal Complaint. Neighbor complaining about barking dog. Ongoing problem. Officer contacted owner who advised dog is in heat. Other dogs have jumped the fence. Officer request Animal Control to do follow up.

3:16 a.m. - 500 S. Central. Criminal Domestic Difficulty. Report of boyfriend/girlfriend in verbal argument. Male threatened girlfriend’s 12-year-old daughter with physical harm. Female forced him out of house, but he broke screen and got back in. Male arrested for Domestic Violence Malicious Mischief. Booked into GHC Jail.

7:53 a.m. - 700 Block N. Neddie Rose. Traffic Stop: Failure to Yield Right of Way.

9:00 a.m. - Shop ‘n Kart. Traffic Stop: No Brake Lights.

9:11 a.m. - 300 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Brake Light/Defective Windshield.

9:31 a.m. - Yearout & Wilson. Traffic Stop: Seat Belt Violation.

9:45 a.m. - 2400 Block Westhaven. Parking. Vehicle parked for extended time period in 30-minute parking zone.

10:49 a.m. - 1900 Block N. Nyhus - Washington Crab. Welfare Check. Officer checked area with negative results.

11:18 a.m. - Westhaven State Park. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

11:24 a.m. - Parking Lot on Dock. Traffic Stop: No Brake Lights.

1:37 p.m. - N. Montesano & Patterson. Traffic Stop: Speeding/Seat Belt Violation.

1:39 p.m. - 800 Block S. Forrest. Suspicious Activity. Extra patrols requested regarding subject on foot trying to enter trailer. Officer attempted to call reporting party but no answer.

1:47 p.m. - 2200 Block Westhaven - Westport Maritime Museum. Parking. Report of two vehicles very similar to two that were parked earlier. Not as reported.

2:17 p.m. - 1800 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Failure to Transfer Title/Cracked Windshield.

2:33 p.m. - 700 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

2:45 p.m. - 200 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration.

3:08 p.m. - 900 Block S. Montesano. Landlord-Tenant Dispute/Warrant. Civil dispute over motel room. Female subject arrested for Aberdeen Warrant. Booked and released in Aberdeen.

4:29 p.m. - 100 Block W. Oregon. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration.

4:38 p.m. - WPD. Welfare Check request transferred to GHCSO per current address.

6:52 p.m. - 2500 Block N. Nyhus. Reporting party lost keys to camper. Wants to know if keys turned in or if someone can help him get into camper. No keys turned in. Advised to call locksmith.

11:01 p.m. - 1900 Block N. Nyhus. Female subject requested check on boyfriend she hasn’t heard from since July 31. Officer checked with male subject’s boss who reported he missed work July 31 and Aug. 1. Co-worker who gave subject ride home 7 a.m. July 31 said male subject asked him if he knew how to get a gun. Male subject resides in Hoquiam. Officer requested HPD contact reporting party.

1:25 a.m. - Lighthouse State Park. Vehicle parked after hours. Occupant advised vehicle would not start. Help coming in morning.

5:55 a.m. - 1000 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

5:59 a.m. - 300 Block E. Tacoma. 911 Hang-up. Officer checked area with negative results.

8:08 a.m. – N. Montesano & E. Patterson. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

8:16 a.m. – WPD. Request for contact regarding phone harassment. Advised subject to have phone provider block number and to seek an Order if problem continues.

9:41 p.m. – 700 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Defective Brake Light.

10:02 a.m. – 1500 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration Less Than Two Months.

10:49 a.m. – 500 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding/Driving While License Suspended 3rd.

11:06 a.m. – 200 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Brake Lights.

11:29 a.m. – 1100 Block S. Broadway. Suspicious Activity: Persons. Juvenile male running/walking on wrong side of road. On way to work. Given courtesy transport as far as WPD.

11:54 a.m. – 100 Block S. Montesano. Fraud Complaint. Possible fake $20 bill. No suspects. Information only.

12:34 p.m. - Traffic Stop. Old license plate on trailer.

1:03 p.m. – 700 Block N. Montesano – Suspicious female reported outside liquor store, peering into window and playing with pocket knife. Female purchased lemon juice and moved one.

3:34 p.m. – 1000 Block S. Montesano. Harassment complaint. Arrest on Suspicion of Harassment. Suspect interviewed and released. Report forwarded to County Prosecutor.

7:12 p.m. – Half Moon Bay beach. Bonfire on beach reported. Out prior to officer’s arrival.

9:45 p.m. – 300 Block W. Barney. Disorderly Conduct. Pregnant female reported that she was physically assaulted by a known male and female and dragged down a gravel road. Officer did not observe dirt/marks on clothing consistent with being dragged. Subject refused to complete a written statement or pursue charges. Given statement form in case she changes her mind.

10:09 p.m. – 1600 Block W. Ocean. Theft of skim board reported. Board found by older male while family at beach and turned in to WPD.

10:19 p.m. – 900 Block W. Lee. Report of rapid gunfire heard. Four males wearing hoodies seen in area at time. Unknown if related. Officer checked area with negative results.
