3:51 a.m. – 400 Block E. Pacific. Suspicious Persons. Report of male wandering around complex looking for cigarettes for him mom. Officer checked area with negative results.
8:33 a.m. – 1100 Block S. Broadway. Suspicious Vehicle. Officer observed open truck bed and canopy with surfboards inside. Contacted resident. No problem.
8:46 a.m. – Float 11. Public Assist. Officer observed two males attempting to unlock vehicle. Confirmed ownership. Provided access to Slim Jim. Vehicle unlocked by subjects.
10:28 a.m. – 400 Block W. Pacific. Animal. Report of barking dog. Found to be playing fetch with 3-year-old. Barking dog not in violation of ordinance based on circumstances.
1:31 p.m. – 1100 Block S. Aberdeen. Theft. Citizen observed male subject with his stolen bicycle, confronted him and retrieved bicycle. Officer checked area. Unable to locate suspect.
4:50 p.m. – N. Forrest & Spokane. Traffic Stop: Failure to Stop at Stop Sign/Speeding.

12:37 a.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Disturbance. Report of female yelling for police but unable to provide her space number. Officer checked area with negative results.
2:07 a.m. – 400 Block E. Pacific. Firearms Complaint. Report of shots fired possibly from rifle or shotgun. Officer checked area with negative results.
10:53 a.m. – 200 E. Harms. Information. Officer provided information on case referred to Adult Protective Services.
11:22 a.m. – 300 Block E. Elizabeth. Civil. Standby for female who advised her husband had locked her out of house. Standby for locksmith to open door, but it was not locked.
11:44 a.m. – 200 E. Wilson. Traffic Stop: Speeding.
12:12 p.m. – 500 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Cracked Windshield.
12:15 p.m. – Dune Crest & Hancock. Suspicious Vehicle. Reporting party thinks male in black pickup and female in white pickup are doing drug deals. Black vehicle unoccupied. Female doing her makeup. No issues.
1:59 p.m. – Ocosta Schools. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Assisted county with female checking vehicle door handles. No crime currently.
3:30 p.m. – Nyhus & Dock. Traffic Stop: No Proof of Insurance.
5:50 p.m. – Dock & Nyhus. Traffic Stop: Speeding.
6:03 p.m. – Forrest & Ocean. Motorist Assist. Contacted female on side of road with door open into street. She advised no issues.
6:30 p.m. – 1200 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective License Plate Light.
7:00 p.m. – 100 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Defective Headlight/DUI.
7:44 p.m. – 400 Block E. Pacific. Criminal Domestic Difficulty. Report of DVA between male and female. Both parties denied assault, however two witnesses report male grabbing female’s hair. Male booked into GHC Jail.

9:35 a.m. – 900 Block Surf. Animal at Large. Black lab running around being a pest to others. Owner located. Advised to keep his dog contained.
1:09 p.m. – 200 E. Patterson. Traffic Stop: Speeding/Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree.
7:02 p.m. – 200 E. Dock. Vehicle Prowl. Subject reported his prepaid cell phone was missing from his vehicle that had been parked at the Knotty Pine Lounge from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m.

10:27 a.m. – 400 Block E. Pacific. Criminal Domestic Difficulty. Female arrested for Domestic Violence 4th Degree after kicking and scratching her husband.
12:09 p.m. – WPD. Public Assist. Phone call request regarding getting emergency food assistance.
2:32 p.m. – WPD. Public Assist. Provided information for property watch.
9:13 p.m. – 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Backed aid with 65-year-old male been confused for 4 days. He doesn’t think he’s taking his medication.
10:09 p.m. – Float 15. Agency Assist for WFD. Reporting party believes saw flames. Nothing found.

5:07 a.m. – W. Wilson & N. Forrest. Traffic Accident. Vehicle slid on ice, spinning 180 degrees before going into ditch and rolling over. Driver not seriously hurt. No crimes detected.
7:21 a.m. – 1800 N. Nyhus. Theft. Male taking crab from live system on dock. Ocean Gold management advised they have video of suspect stealing multiple times.
8:49 a.m. – 200 N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration/Warrants/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
10:20 a.m. – WPD. Public Assist. Phone request regarding ongoing investigation.
10:50 a.m. – 700 Block N. Montesano. Trespass. Male attempting to shoplift located in vehicle not belonging to him. He tried and failed to lock officer out. Suspect arrested, cited and released on Criminal Trespass charges.
12:39 p.m. – Float 8. Theft. Report taken on theft from fishing vessel.
12:52 p.m. – 200 Block E. Dock. Welfare Check. Request check on 9-year-old daughter who is living with her mother. This is reporting party’s week for visitation but he’s heard nothing from them. Officer contacted hotel staff where they’re living, as well as Washington Crab, where mother works but unable to locate her. Advised reporting party to contact attorney regarding her failure to comply with parenting plan.
2:32 p.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Welfare Check.
3:40 p.m. – Float 8. Burglary. Materials reported stolen from boat belonging to reporting party’s father who is out of town. Advised to have father call back when he got into town to file report.
4:02 p.m. – WPD. Welfare Check. Request for welfare check on vessel.
4:06 p.m. – 200 Block E. Dock. Two vehicle reportable collision.
4:07 p.m. – WPD. Public Assist. Provided information on subject who overdosed.
