After more than 20 years in its former location across SR105 from the Grayland Fire Department, and then a little more than a year in uptown Westport, early this fall, the Rose Cottage gift and home décor shop returned to its Grayland roots and is now open at 1634 SR105.
Owner Barb Carty, along with long-time friend and 15-year Rose Cottage employee, Kathy Oblad, have filled every inch of display space of the new location with a wide variety of new merchandise.
Home decor
Multiple vignettes showcase home décor and more in varying themes with coastal living in mind. Look for decorative pillows and throws, dried and silk flowers, candles, table fountains, vases, wall and table art, accent lamps, mirrors, statuary, braided throw rugs, table linens, dishes, utensils, unique decorative bird houses and more.
Personal picks
You’ll also find great jewelry, Bagallini purses, bath and beauty products, hand-knitted or painted scarves and hats, just to name a few options.
Gift basket items
If you’re looking for special edibles, Rose Cottage offers a full line of specialty teas, hand-dipped chocolates, jams, jellies, sauces, salsa, baking mixes and delicious dips. This is the perfect shop to explore if you are looking to fill a themed basket of goodies as a unique gift for a special someone.
You’ll also find cards for every occasion, as well as those that simply say things like ‘Hello’ or ‘Thinking of you.’
Stop by and welcome the Rose cottage crew back to Grayland. The shop is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Credit cards are welcome.
