This year’s Salmon Tales Festival is just around the corner – Sept 27-28 — and the competition for Best Smoked Salmon in the Pacific Northwest is heating up!
Along with the Pro Division, there is a Home Smoker division. If you or someone you know makes delicious smoked salmon, why not join the fun and enter the competition?
