4:15 p.m. – 100 Block W. Wilson. Temporary Protection Order service.
4:39 p.m. – 500 Block W. Ocean. Phone call request returned regarding ongoing residential burglary investigation.
5:00 p.m. – 1600 Block N. Nyhus – Floats north of USCG Station. Citizen Assist. Report of large tanker-type vessel pulling away from moorings, drifting away. Unknown vessel name. Estimated length 400-500 ft. Officer checked area with negative results. USCG contacted by Dispatch to respond.
8:48 p.m. – 400 Block E. Pacific – Windjammer Motel. Report that a known subject who has been Trespassed from location was seen in area earlier in day. Extra patrols requested.

1:14 p.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson – Holand Center. Contact Order Violation reported. Order confirmed. Officer checked area with negative results. Written statement obtained from protected party. Report submitted to City Attorney.
4:21 p.m. – 300 Block W. Ocean – Mariner’s Cove Inn. Phone call request regarding civil matter related to child. Several attempts made with no response. Voicemail left.
6:11 p.m. – 500 Block S. Central. Theft. Additional information provided by victim in ongoing case. Case officer advised.
6:30 p.m. – Float #10, Slip LL. Theft. Fishing poles and reels reported stolen over Labor Day weekend. No known suspects. Due to value of equipment - $2,300 – Theft 2nd Degree report taken. Malicious Mischief (canvas top torn) also occurred at time of theft. Report filed.
8:30 p.m. – 100 Block W. Sprague. 911 hang-up in area. Sounds of unknown female yelling in background. On recall, female answered and stated that all was OK. Officer checked several residences and other locations in area with negative results. No further calls from area.

3:29 a.m. – 100 Block Bonge. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Disorderly Subject. Subject left on bicycle in unknown direction prior to officers’ arrival. Officers searched area with negative results.
12:05 p.m. – 900 Block S. Montesano. Citizen Assist. Real estate agent requested that officer accompany her on check of vacant property for sale that has had squatters in past. No evidence of squatters this date.
12:15 p.m.- 200 Block W. Oregon. 911 hang-up. No response on recall. Voice Mail not available. Officer checked area with negative results.
4:52 p.m. – Forrest & Spokane. Animal at Large. Large boxer reported running at large. Friendly, but officer unable to capture it.
8:32 p.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Citation: 35/25-mph zone. Fine: $124.
9:52 p.m. – Hungry Whale – 1600 Block N. Montesano. Disorderly Conduct. Report of intoxicated male yelling and removing his clothing. Seen leaving area in red Mazda. Officer contacted subject in 1500 Block S. Montesano. He was yelling because he had fallen into the Westport Marina. No crime.
11:55 p.m. – 900 Block S. Forrest – Kila Hana Camperland. Loud Music complaint. Officer walked area. Music levels not excessive. Not As Reported.

4:45 a.m. – 600 Block S. Forrest. Report of Unknown Problem. Officer walked area for 10 minutes. He did not observe or hear any disturbances. Not As Reported.
6:31 a.m. – 900 Block S. Montesano. Lost Property. Missing: Red plastic folder containing reporting party’s ID, credit cards and motor vehicle insurance information. Not turned in to P.D. Subject provided reference number for calling in to check if items turned in.
3:44 p.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Domestic Difficulty: Criminal. No Contact Order violation reported. Phone voicemail left by Order violator heard by officer. Warrant filed for subject’s arrest.
4:08 p.m. – P.D. Recipient of No Contact Order requested information regarding Order. Officer complied.
4:58 p.m. – N. Montesano & Jetty Haul. Officer contacted male subject regarding his property that WPD removed from Cranberry Motel. Subject stated that he was unaware of any missing property and that he had not stayed at the motel since Aug. 1.
5:17 p.m.- P.D. Phone Call Request. Daughter wanted to know if her father had been arrested. Requested that if he were contacted by WPD, that officer give father her phone number.
5:24 p.m. – 200 Block W. Newell. Domestic Difficulty: Criminal. No Contact Order Violation. Subject of Order fled scene prior to officer’s arrival. Fourth time Order has been violated, bumping it up to a Felony. Officer checked area for subject with negative results. Warrant filed for his arrest.
6:27 p.m. – P.D. Male called to see if female had been served with No Contact Order. While on phone, officer advised subject that subject of his Order had filed a No Contact Order against him and further advised that verbal notification is the same as being served. Caller stated that he understood and will not contact other party.
6:40 p.m. – 900 Block N. Adams. 911 hang-up. On re-dial, officer spoke with a juvenile who stated that the call was a ‘pocket-dial.’
9:27 p.m. – 2300 Westhaven. Welfare Check. Wife concerned that husband had not returned from a fishing charter. Officer contacted charter office. Misunderstanding regarding scheduled time of return. No problems.
9:48 p.m. – 2300 Block Westhaven – Float #12. Report of a pump running on boat at location. Officer checked all boats on float. No pump running at time of check. All vessel positions appeared normal in water.

5:25 a.m. Westhaven State Park. Suspicious Vehicle. Two males stated that they were waiting for sunrise to go fishing at jetty. Officer advised that park is closed until daylight. They left voluntarily.
3:22 p.m. – 100 Block N. Broadway. Agency Assist for WSP. Unknown injuries collision on Elk River Bridge. Determined to be single car into guardrail. Driver fled on foot prior to officer’s arrival.
3:22 p.m. – 100 Block N. Broadway. Report of white Jetta with an unrestrained child in front seat heading toward Aberdeen. Officer searched area with negative results.

12:07 p.m. – 700 Block W. Sherman. Lost Dog. Later reported found.
12:29 p.m. – P.D. Citizen request for where to go to get sand for sand bags.
1:01 p.m. – 400 Block N. Montesano. Downed Wire reported. Officer removed wire from roadway.
3:09 p.m. – Red Apple Market – 100 Block S. Montesano. Manager reported that prescription drugs and other items stolen. Citizen Complaint Form given. Case number assigned.
5:56 p.m. – 1000 S. Forrest. Arrest: Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Mandatory Court Appearance. Citation: Expired Vehicle Registration. Fine: $216. Citation: No Proof of Insurance. Fine: $550.

12:21 a.m. – Uptown Westport – Business Alarm. All doors secure and no one at business. Officer spoke with female in upstairs residence. She stated that she accidently hit alarm button and did not respond to subsequent phone call. Nothing observed through open residence doorway.
1:50 a.m. – 1600 Block S. Aberdeen. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Officer received a text from a female acquaintance that stated that her husband had come to her residence and put a gun to her head. Officers responded and made contact with husband. He was detained in patrol vehicle while GHCSO deputies investigated. Suspect’s vehicle impounded for evidence and placed in WPD Sally Port until deputies obtained search warrant. Suspect arrested and booked for Assault 2nd Degree.
12:45 p.m. – P.D. Theft. Report of rifle stolen from vehicle while parked at another subjects address. Not sure of address and didn’t have serial number for rifle. On-duty officer requested to verify address and handle call.
3:00 p.m. – P.D. Officer advised by Dispatch that subject wished to report theft of a firearm. Prior to officer’s arrival, he was advised that complainant was referred to GHCSO because address of incident is in county.
8:31 p.m. – 200 Block W. Newell. Domestic Difficulty: Criminal. Violation of No Contact Order. Subject of Order at location, locked in a bedroom. When advised that he needed to come out and that he was under arrest, he fled out bedroom window. Officer attempted to locate subject with negative results. APB broadcast.
9:12 p.m. 200 Block W. Newell. Reporting party from previous call reported that subject of No Contact Order was back at residence, banging on back door. Officer checked perimeter of residence and found subject hiding under front porch. Subject arrested, taken to P.D. where he was checked by EMS, processed, transported and booked into county jail for violation of a No Contact Order and Obstructing a Police Officer.
