No time given – 700 Block Neddie Rose. Officer made contact with female camping in area. Had been told to leave earlier. Officer told her to leave or she would receive Notice of Infraction.

No time given – 1400 Block S. Montesano – Sands Motel. Manager reported male subject peeling tires and driving fast in parking lot. Officer warned driver not to drive on property anymore.

2:35 a.m. – 200 Block E. Patterson. Disorderly Conduct/Malicious Mischief. Male patron became upset over being refused service, got belligerent with bartender and manager, pushed over glass table, shattering it on his way out. Officer located male stumbling back to his boat, cited him for Disorderly Conduct and Malicious Mischief 3rd Degree, trespassed him from business. Transported male subject back to boat.

4:39 a.m. – 1800 Block S. Montesano. Non-criminal Domestic Difficulty. Female reported husband kicked her out because he wanted to smoke but couldn’t because she is on oxygen. Call cancelled upon arrival. Parties decided to act like adults and work things out.

5:14 a.m. – 300 Block S. Forrest. Theft. Complainant reported small-statured male attempted to steal his motorcycle off trailer but was unsuccessful. Thief then opted to steal complainant’s wife’s light green Huffy Beach Cruiser.

8:19 a.m. – 500 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration/Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree/Obstruction. Vehicle Impounded.

9:32 a.m. – WPD. Agency Assist for Steilacoom P.D. regarding child pornography case.

10:05 a.m. – WPD. Public Assist. Transient couple looking for resources to get to Olympia.

11:42 a.m. – 100 Block W. Sprague. 911 Open Line. Officer checked area with negative results.

1:52 p.m. – 900 Block S. Forrest. Public Assist. Officer assisted with Vehicle Number Identification.

3:18 p.m. – 600 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Left Turn on Red Light.

3:36 p.m. – 1000 Block G. Theft of food. Report filed.

5:22 p.m. – Uptown business alarm. Employees on scene closing up. Equipment malfunction.

11:31 p.m. – 700 Block Englewood. Agency Assist for GHCSO/Suspicious Vehicle. Report of two semi-trucks at storage facility. Semi had been dropping off at storage unit, got stuck in soft sand. Called tow truck company out of Olympia for assistance. Not as reported.

12:36 a.m. – 100 Block S. Montesano – Pine Tree Lounge. Assault. Male subject assaulted, knocked unconscious and kicked in the face after being kicked out. Transported to GHCH. Follow-up and charges pending against male suspect.

1:20 a.m. – 1700 Block SR105. Suspicious Person/Agency Assist for GHCSO. Male subject moving things out of friend’s trailer. Waiting for friend to pick him up. Officer advised deputy of finding.

2:46 a.m. – 100 Block S. Montesano. Suspicious Vehicle. Report of open door on Dodge van. Officer contacted employee who owned van. She secured it.

2:58 a.m. – 200 Block E. Dock. Disturbance. Report of loud music. Officer checked area with negative results.

3:38 a.m. – 200 Block E. Dock. Disturbance. Report of loud music. Officer located person playing music. Very police and cooperative. Closed windows while playing music.

5:29 a.m. – 2300 Block Westhaven. Theft. Unknown subjects stealing bait in the morning after it’s been dropped off.

7:21 a.m. – 200 Block W. Newell. Disorderly Conduct. Female yelling outside residence. Arrested for No Contact Order violation.

9:49 a.m. – 700 Block E. Neddie Rose. Welfare Check. Contact made. No problem.

11:13 a.m. – 200 Block E. Harms. Harassment. Male in red and silver truck threatening to shoot several people. Gone on arrival. Statements taken.

12:26 p.m. – 500 Block W. Ocean. Disorderly Conduct. Disorderly subject yelling and refusing to exit reporting party’s vehicle. Suspect gone on officer’s arrival.

1:03 p.m. – 200 Block W. Spokane. Residential Alarm. No problem.

1:23 p.m. – WPD. Welfare Check request.

1:30 p.m. – 300 Block N. Olympia. Burglary. Entry occurred within past 7 days. Nothing taken.

8:14 a.m. – Uptown Business Alarm. Faulty equipment. No problems.

8:52 a.m. – 900 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Defective Brake Lights.

9:56 a.m. – WPD. Animal at Large. 5-6 month old black lab with harness/no tags running in road, taken to Aberdeen Animal Shelter. Turned over to Officer Roble.

1:06 p.m. – 500 Block N. Montesano. Found Property. Bicycle found in woods near Street Department. Was purple in color, now painted white.

1:09 p.m. – 900 Block N. Montesano. Disturbance. Continuing noise complaint of loud music. Quiet upon officer’s arrival. Advised property owner to call WPD when it is an issue at night. Advised eviction may be his best option is problem persists.

1:59 p.m. – Dock & Nyhus. Traffic Stop: Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree.

3:28 p.m. – 600 Block N. Ocosta. Public Assist. Complainant reported red Ford Explorer parked in designated parking spots, ongoing problem. Officer advised it is civil matter and law enforcement would not be taking action.

5:30 p.m. – WPD. Public Assist. Daughter and grandson wanting to know options about father/grandfather refusing help while his health deteriorates. Officer advised them to call Adult Protective Services. Phone number provided.

10:18 p.m. – 1300 Block S. Broadway. Suspicious Persons. Reporting party requested check of male walking through area that she knew to be involved in drug activity and warrants. Officer checked area with negative results.

10:31 p.m. – 800 Block S. Forrest. Welfare Check. Site manager advised female not living there yet, waiting for trailer to be renovated. Left voicemail for reporting party.

10:35 p.m. – 1600 Block Ocean. Parking. Motorhome parked on side of street. Officer advised no camping allowed there. Locations provided where camping is permitted.

1:02 a.m. – 600 Block S. Olympia. Suspicious Activity. Report of “someone or something” in trees near location. Officer checked area with negative results.

7:38 a.m. – Sprague & Hoquiam. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

9:32 a.m. – 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

2:27 p.m. – 2300 Block N. Nyhus. Parking: Parking Over Time Limit

3:20 p.m. – 2200 Block N. Nyhus. Parking: Parking Over Time Limit

4:41 p.m. – Sherman & Aberdeen. Animal at Large. 2 dogs at large. Officer located residence with open door where it is believed they belong. Nobody home.

9:12 p.m. – 300 Block W. Newell. Suspicious Activity. Reporting party heard weird tapping noise from garage. Officer found spray paint and freshly painted bicycle fender.

10:45 p.m. – 800 Block S. Forrest. Found Property. Second hand report of bicycle at entrance to park, unknown who owns it. Bike frame, missing rear wheel, taken to city bike storage.

11:36 p.m. – 1600 Block S. Broadway. Agency Assist for GHCSO/Disturbance. Officer arrived with county unit, asked subjects to keep loud music down. They cooperated.

11:49 p.m. – 500 Block N. Forrest. Non-criminal Domestic Difficulty. Reporting party upset that her boyfriend was feeding their daughter pizza before bed. Parties became involved in verbal dispute. Nothing physical. No property broken.

12:42 a.m. – 700 Block W. Spokane. Suspicious Persons. Officer observed subject run into brush and lay flat as to hide from officer. Got up and ran when officer shined spot light on subject. Two officers checked area with negative results.

6:24 a.m. – 1300 Block S. Montesano. Criminal Domestic Difficulty. Officer found male yelling/female hiding in bathroom, crying. Several broken electronics. Male arrested for Domestic Violence Malicious Mischief, later additionally charged with Assault 4th Degree.

7:35 a.m. – 900 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Defective Brake Light.

8:52 a.m. – Patterson & Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

12:00 p.m. – 100 Block W. Ocean. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

1:28 p.m. – 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Parking: Parking Over Time Limit.

6:06 p.m. – 200 Block W. Oregon. Suspicious Person. Male subject pulled up to blue vacant house, went behind fence, took something from property, then left. Officer checked area with negative results.

8:00 p.m. - 200 Block W. Sprague. Non-criminal Domestic Difficulty. Verbal only over girlfriend taking things from residence. No assault or property damage.

8:14 p.m. – 700 Block E. Neddie Rose. Subjects camping in beige cab-over for three months. Officers contacted subject. Advised to find legal camping space.

8:52 p.m. – 1700 Block N. Nyhus. Open door. Officer contacted resident. He secured building.

9:14 p.m. – 400 Block E. Neddie Rose. Hit and Run Traffic Accident. Black Chevrolet Silverado caused minor damage to parked Acura before leaving area. Unoccupied suspect vehicle identified. Report filed.

9:21 p.m. – 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Disturbance. Approximately four intoxicated subjects being too loud. Officer contacted group. Asked them to quiet down. They agreed to do so.

2:57 a.m. – 1000 Block S. Montesano. Suspicious Activity. Report of air compressor running. Officer checked location. Found it was person using generator to finish art project. Said she would turn off generator.

7:29 a.m. – 900 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Defective Brake Light.

8:00 a.m. – 1000 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: 2 Defective Brake Lights.

8:04 a.m. – WPD. Lobby contact to get written statement from subject in reference to harassment.

10:13 a.m. – 300 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration.

10:29 a.m. – Westport Light State Park. Traffic Stop: Speeding/Failure to Signal Turn.

10:31 p.m. – Nyhus & Patterson. Traffic Stop: Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree.

12:55 p.m. – 600 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Mud flap Violation.

1:31 p.m. – 600 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

3:24 p.m. – 500 N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Cell Phone Use While Driving/Expired Registration.

3:50 p.m. – Nyhus & Cove. Traffic Stop/Warrant. Officer stopped subject he knew to have suspended license. Subject booked for Felony Warrant on Probation Warrant.

4:38 p.m. – WPD. Public Assist. Phone call request regarding previously reported accident.

4:58 p.m. – 300 Block E. Elizabeth. Civil. Reporting party called to see what her options are concerning husband that has been secretly married to another woman for 40 years. Officer advised caller to contact attorney, file for divorce and seek no contact order. Officer spoke with husband who stated he caught his wife in bed with a male smoking methamphetamine. Officer advised him to get an attorney.

6:32 p.m. - 200 Block W. Sprague. Civil. Ongoing issues. Female wanting to know options. Officer provided resource card and several options.

7:36 p.m. - 1800 Block Olympia. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Officer backed county on neighbor dispute over property lines and possible order violation.

10:24 p.m. – 2800 Block S. Forrest. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Assisted county is searching for van involved in Domestic Violence incident. Unable to locate.

10:42 p.m. – 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Suspicious Person. Reporting party advised small stature subject cruising around on small bicycle, believes he is casing businesses looking for coolers and other items to steal. Close patrol requested.

11:13 p.m. – Lamplighter. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Male jumped out of car while it was still in gear while deputy conducting traffic stop. Subject identified. K-9 search conducted. Unable to locate.

11:13 p.m. – Half Moon Bay parking lot. Suspicious Vehicle. Unoccupied vehicle parked after hours.

1:29 a.m. – Sprague & Broadway. Suspicious Persons. Male hanging around vehicle parked on side of street, trying to find place to camp. Locations provided.

2:16 a.m. – 1600 Block N. Montesano. Courtesy transportation home provided to intoxicated male hardly able to stand.

8:50 a.m. – 900 Block S. Montesano. 911 Open Line. Office checked area with negative results.

9:42 a.m. – Half Moon Bay parking lot. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

10:39 a.m. – 700 Block Hancock. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Officer responded to male injured from skateboard incident, conscious and able to answer simple questions. Family advised they would handle transport to medical facility. Officer advised SBEMS to disregard.

11:10 a.m. – WPD. Report of ongoing fuel theft. Extra patrols requested. Report filed.

12:14 p.m. – 2300 Block Westhaven. Report of two large dogs in parked and unoccupied vehicle. Dogs appeared fine. Windows open more than an inch all around.

1:30 p.m. – 500 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

8:39 p.m. – 400 Block E. Pacific. Agency Assist for SBEMS. 22 year-old, pregnant, possibly in labor. Transported to hospital by SBEMS.

No Time Given – Forrest at Sprague. Traffic Stop – No rear reflector on bike.
