12:13 a.m. – Newell & Broadway. Suspicious Activity: Vehicle. Unoccupied vehicle in northbound lane of Broadway. Registered owner stated that he had been working on his gate and forgot about vehicle. He moved it off roadway.
2:47 a.m. – 200 Block N. Montesano. Business Burglary Attempt. Owner discovered male subject attempting to open cash register. Suspect fled on foot. Nothing taken or damaged. Extra patrols requested.
10:28 a.m. – 300 Block S. Montesano. Citation: No Proof of Insurance. Fine: $550.
11:28 a.m. – Chehalis & Dicks Lane. Male subject arrested for VUCSA violation – Oxycodone. Transported and booked into County Jail.
3:52 p.m. – Sherman & S. Aberdeen. Aggressive Dog. Report that Husky has been aggressive toward reporting party and her infant child while on walk. Second time in last couple of days. Referred to Animal Control.
6:06 p.m. – 900 Block S. Forrest. Subject called WPD in reference to a missed call. Note left for clerk.
6:43 p.m. – 300 Block S. Forrest. Agency Assist for Crisis Clinic. Welfare Check on suicidal subject. SBEMS voluntary transport to Community Hospital for mental health professional consult.
9:03 p.m. – 300 Block E. Harbor. Harassment complaint. Subject advised to seek an Anti-Harassment Order.
10:28 p.m. – 900 Block Dune Crest. Report of two gunshots heard from beach area between Strand and Hancock. Officer checked area with negative results.

11:16 a.m. – 800 Block E. Elizabeth. Animal at Large. Complaint of two dogs running loose. Officer checked area with negative results.
12:09 p.m. – Westport ‘Y’ to Johns River Bridge. Attempt to Locate. Suspected ‘Dine and Dash’ from Blue Beacon on S. Boone in Aberdeen. Officer checked area with negative results.
5:57 p.m. – 1400 Block S. Aberdeen. Suspicious Activity: Premises. Officer and GHCSO deputy checked motor home on property that was unsecured. No signs of criminal activity. Old pickup truck on property also checked. Again, no evidence of criminal activity.
7:41 p.m. – 2700 Block Jetty Haul. 911 hang-up. Unable to re-call. Officer checked area with negative results.
8:20 p.m. – Ocosta Rec hall. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Report of loud party. Family member of group using hall stated that they would keep the music down.
9:56 p.m. – 200 Block E. Patterson – Mermaid Deli & Pub. Suspicious Activity: Persons. Report of female stating that she was choking. Officer spoke with female who stated that she was now fine. Courtesy transport provided to residence, due to smell of intoxicants on breath. Subject’s vehicle left at business.

3:16 a.m. – 400 Block W. Pacific. Disturbance: Firearms. Report of two gunshots believed to be a rifle or shotgun. Second reporting party, as well. Two officers checked both areas with negative results.
8:11 p.m. – Montesano & Veterans. Citation: Speeding: 46/35-mph zone. Fine: $154.
9:10 a.m. – 300 Block W. Pacific. Officer put down injured deer.
10:38 a.m. – Montesano & Grant. Citation: Speeding: 45/35-mph zone. Fine: $124.
12:48 p.m. – 1400 Block Cohasset. Suspicious Activity: Vehicle. Two male subjects from vehicle reported to be running around his neighbor’s bushes. Officer contacted three subjects in vehicle. They stated that they came to the area to walk their dogs and that the vehicle now needed a jump-start. A friend enroute.
9:41 p.m. – City Park – Suspicious Activity: Vehicle. Two suspicious vehicles in park after dark. Male and female advised that park closes at dusk. They left voluntarily.
