Beachcombing is one of the best things about living on the coast. If you’d like to know more about nature’s treasures on the beach, you will enjoy the Sea Life Lecture naturalist Alan Rammer will present this Sunday, Jan. 25, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Westport Winery.
This presentation is open to all ages and is free to attend. You are encouraged to bring your best beach finds for analysis and conversation with Rammer and the rest of the attendees.
Retired from the state Department of Fish & Wildlife, Rammer was the recipient of the 2012 National Marine Educator of the Year award.
