1:29 a.m. - Uptown Business Alarm. All doors and windows secure. Officer checked area with negative results.

11:21 a.m. - 2500 Block Westhaven. Paper service.

1:21 p.m. - W. Pacific & N. Broadway. Suspicious Person. Complaint of teenager riding dirt bike on streets. Officer contacted male pushing dirt bike. Advised him to stay on private property where he had permission to ride.

1:24 p.m. - N. Montesano & W. Tacoma. Suspicious person. Report of suspicious female getting in and out of black truck. Officer checked area with negative results.

3:40 p.m. - 700 Block N. Forrest. Verbal Warning: Defective Brake Light.

4:06 p.m. - 900 S. Montesano. Property. In reference to previous call, male subject had not paid for broken window at local business. Officer will provide information for filing with Small Claims Court.

5:39 p.m. - WPD. Reporting party had new information regarding previously reported theft.

7:53 p.m. - S. Montesano & Maple. Verbal Warning: Expired Registration.

8:07 p.m. - 400 Block N. Melbourne. 911 Open Line. Reporting party’s daughter saw suspicious person next to house. Not as reported.

10:45 p.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific. Public Assist. Officer dispatched to suicidal subject. Ambulance unavailable for transport. Courtesy transportation provided to GHCH.

8:34 a.m. - City Hall. Disorderly Conduct. Officer contacted disorderly male subject. Male advised he was complaining about drug activity in city. Officer advised male to come to WPD next time to make a complaint.

10:58 a.m. - 1200 Block S. Melbourne. Theft. Ceramic decorative mushroom, approximately one foot tall. Reporting party requested extra patrols.

11:21 a.m. - WPD. Suspicious Person. Unknown female called California USFS stating she was in Westport and there was a ship in the harbor with “some of our people on the ship and they are beating them.” Unfounded.

2:02 p.m. - 400 Block W. Ocean. Phone Call Request. Female from Post Office requested phone call about WPD’s inquiry from previous call regarding subject using mailbox there.

5:54 p.m. - 1000 Block W. Ocean. Verbal Warning: Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.

7:16 p.m. - 1900 Block N. Montesano. Verbal Warning: Speeding.

8:50 p.m. - 700 Block W. Ocean. Verbal Warning: Defective Headlight.

9:09 p.m. - S. Montesano & Frank. Verbal Warning: Defective Tail Light.

9:22 p.m. - 200 Block S. Montesano. Verbal Warning: Defective License Plate Light.

9:32 p.m. - 600 Block W. Ocean. Warrant. Traffic stop for Failure to Transfer Title. Driver arrested on felony warrant. Booked into Pacific County Jail.

1:17 a.m. - 900 S. Forrest. Highly intoxicated reporting party had coffee and doughnut he wanted to provide an officer who would come visit him.

9:51 a.m. - E. Bay & N. Harms. Abandoned Vehicle. Report of abandoned white motorhome, no plate or VIN number available. During follow-up check, contact made with owner who was making arrangements to have vehicle moved.

1:01 p.m. - 600 Block S. Hoquiam. Suspicious Activity. Report of suspicious activity at residence. Officer checked area with negative results.

4:55 p.m. - W. Veterans & Central. Verbal Warning: Speeding.

5:40 p.m. - E. Wilson & Yearout. Verbal Warning: Speeding.

6:17 p.m. - 800 Block. E. Neddie Rose. Suspicious Persons. Female provided vehicle license of silver Ford Ranger with intoxicated males in area of Harbor Resort. Officer stopped vehicle in Shop ‘n Kart parking lot. Males denied making contact with any female. Males showed no sign of intoxication.

7:56 p.m. - N. Forrest & Tacoma. Verbal Warnings: Failure to Stop and Defective Brake Light.

9:21 p.m. - 1900 Block Westhaven. Theft. Report filed on keys stolen from gas cap of parked vehicle.

9:47 p.m. - Half Moon Bay parking lot. Suspicious Vehicle. Parked in lot after dusk. Advised of rules. Left voluntarily.

10:19 p.m. - 1800 Block N. Nyhus - Ocean Gold. Disorderly Conduct. Report of disorderly, intoxicated subject in commercial building, then in and out of traffic. Officer found subject urinating behind Englund Marine. Attempted to confirm warrant, but jail denied.

11:01 p.m. - 200 Block E. Harms. Suspicious Activity/Vehicle Prowl. Multiple reports of three males in area possibly attempting to prowl cars. Officers checked area with negative results.

12:27 a.m. - S. Forrest & Johnson. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Officer assisted with felony warrant arrest during traffic stop. Subject transported to Bottle Beach State Park to complete transport to GHC Jail.

9:31 a.m. - 300 Block E. Dock – Kellie’s Nails. Harassment. See report.

9:31 a.m. - 100 Block S. Montesano. Animal Cruelty. Dispatched to Shop ‘n Kart parking lot for dog reportedly left in vehicle. Contact made with dog and owner. No criminal activity evident.

4:00 p.m. - 1700 Block S. Olympia. Agency Assist for WSP. Assisted with felony warrant service. See report.

9:16 p.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific. Suicidal Subject. Report of female threatening suicide and cutting herself. Female made several suicidal statements to officer and displayed mark on her wrist. Courtesy transport provided to GHCH.

1:07 a.m. - Spokane & Broadway. 911 Hang-up. Field interview. No problem. Verbal only.

2:20 a.m. - 200 Block W. Wilson. Found Property. Black binder found in roadway. Put in Lost & Found.

6:25 a.m. - Broadway & Sprague. Suspicious Vehicle. Vehicle located in front of church at Spokane & Broadway. Will have day shift contact church administration to see if permission was given for male to stay there temporarily.

10:53 a.m. - 2100 Block N. Nyhus. Suspicious Person. Friend told subject there was another picture of her at ball park. Reference previous case.

11:01 a.m. - 500 Block S. Forrest. Audible residential alarm. Cancelled while en route.

11:49 a.m. - 2400 Block N. Nyhus - Hearty Galley. Disorderly Conduct. Disorderly female criminally trespassed from location at request of owner.

12:32 p.m. - N. Broadway & W. Spokane. Suspicious Vehicle. Report of male subject reportedly living out of vehicle on private property. On-coming shift advised.

2:12 p.m. - Oyster & SR105. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Officer stood by as suspect arrested for Criminal Domestic Violence and Domestic Malicious Mischief.

3:16 p.m. - 800 Block Surf. Suspicious Person. Subject located. No problems.

4:07 p.m. - 900 Block S. Montesano - Surf Spray Apartments. Welfare Check. Report of subject not returning calls. Subject confined.

7:03 p.m. - N. Broadway & Spokane. Suspicious Vehicle. Report of vehicle possibly with people sleeping in it. Officer located vehicle on private property. Reporting party not property owner.

8:46 p.m. - 1800 Block N. Nyhus. Suspicious Persons. Report of two males coming out of women’s restroom. Officer contacted males who were employees cleaning restrooms.

12:11 a.m. - 700 Block Hancock. Suspicious Vehicle. 2012 Dodge Caravan with side door open. Front desk contacted guest/registered owner. Nothing appears to have been taken. Door left open by mistake.

12:33 a.m. - Westhaven State Park. Suspicious Vehicle. Male and female sleeping in vehicle. Officer advised them to leave park since it closed at 9 p.m. Both agreed to leave.

12:55 a.m. - 300 Block W. Ocean. Suspicious Activity. Officer flagged down by flashlight. Unable to locate anyone or any disturbance in area.

10:48 a.m. - 200 Block W. Pacific. Landlord/Tenant. Returned phone call request to female in reference to civil matter.

11:41 a.m. - WPD. Public Assist. Attempted to call male subject back in reference where to park while fishing. Negative contact.

12:03 p.m. - N. Broadway & Spokane. Suspicious Vehicle. Vehicle with flat tire, being worked on, will be moved as soon as possible. Non-blocking on private property.

12:24 p.m. - WPD. Found Property returned to male.

1:00 p.m. - E. Elizabeth & G. Non-criminal Domestic Difficulty. Verbal argument. No criminal activity.

4:01 p.m. - 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Collected statement from reporting party.

4:17 p.m. - 1800 Block Jetty Haul. Verbal Warning: Speeding.

4:30 p.m. - WPD. Public Assist. Lobby contact with male and female looking for temporary housing options until Monday. County resource card given and directions to Living Hope Church.

5:21 p.m. - City Park and Softball Field. Malicious Mischief. Ongoing problems with vandalism to signs on outfield fence. Extra patrols requested.

6:08 p.m. - 200 Block E. Wilson. Verbal Warning: Speeding.

8:58 p.m. - 1400 Block S. Ocosta. Juvenile Problem. Report of three 10-year-olds taking his quad and getting into his garage. Information collected. Investigation ongoing.

9:49 p.m. - 2400 Block Westhaven. 911-Hang-up. No problem. Dialing mistake.

11:05 p.m. - 100 Block N. Broadway. Advised juvenile male on bike he needed white light on handlebars and red reflector on rear of bike.

12:11 a.m. - Dune Crest & Hancock. Suspicious Vehicle. Male and female in sleeping bags. Advised of no parking on shoulder signs. Directions provided for various places to camp.

12:44 a.m. - 300 Block N. Montesano - South Beach Repair. Suspicious Activity. Bay door open. Upon closer inspection, employees working on vehicle.

1:16 a.m. - 300 Block W. Ocean. Intoxicated Subject. Report of intoxicated male passed out at location near edge of canal, in danger of rolling into water. SBEMS and officer responded, pulled male from edge of canal. Provided courtesy transport to his residence.

2:25 a.m. - Jetty Haul & Coast Guard Tower. Public Assist. Flagged down by male asking if it was OK to sleep in his car for the night. Advised park is for day use only. Options provided where to camp in his car.

3:33 a.m. - Uptown. Business Alarm. All doors/windows secure. Appears to be employee error.

8:46 a.m. - 511 Block S. Forrest. Residential Alarm. All doors/windows secure. No criminal activity.

9:17 a.m. - 200 Block N. Broadway. Animal at Large. Report of two loose dogs. Reporting party will hold dogs until she can contact owner or take them to animal control in morning.

11:01 a.m. - 200 Block W. Newell. Suicidal Person. Attempt to contact at residence, but no answer. Reporting party did not want officer to breach door or get locksmith. Advised if she was further concerned she would contact WPD again. Subject called later, stated he was fine, not wanting to hurt himself.

11:02 a.m. - 200 Block W. Newell. Suspicious Person. Report of male subject walking with rifle hidden under jacket. Subject located with fishing pole under jacket.

1:10 p.m. – 900 Block S. Montesano – Surf Spray Motel. Complaint of intoxicated neighbor being loud. Officer contacted offending subject and advised him to go inside his residence and get sober.

2:09 p.m. - 400 Block Ocean. Verbal Warning: Stop Sign Violation.

4:12 p.m. – 900 Block N. Forrest. Citation: Speeding and Failure to Transfer Title.

5:24 p.m. 600 Block S. Montesano. Two-car collision. Reportable. Non-injury.
