In 1967, I was an unwed mother. No one told me about abortion. But, even this immature, wayward girl knew that this little one I carried needed a home with someone else. The baby’s father had no interest in pursuing a future with either of us. So I put my son up for adoption.
A few months ago he contacted me. Not only do I have my lost son now found, but two precious grandbabies.
I say to anyone considering destroying that tiny person they are carrying: Stop and think.
That’s a precious child you are carrying. Even if you don’t wish to keep this tiny infant, there are couples yearning to welcome him or her, who will give whole-hearted love and care. Children are God’s crowning glory - His masterpieces. Besides, God never made “throw away junk” of any human being.
