Mike was born May 18, 1947 in Tacoma, Wash. and passed away peacefully November 2, 2014 in Gig Harbor Wash.
Mike is survived by his sister Mary Lou McDougall and brothers James, Gary and Thomas Giste, and many nieces and nephews. Mike lived in Westport for many years before his illness.
A beautiful memorial service was held November 8, 2014 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Tacoma, Wash. that was well attended.
Mike will be greatly missed.
