1:07 p.m. - 100 Block S. Montesano - Red Apple Market. Complaint that subject was holding sign boycotting store. Officer contacted subject whose sign read, “Washington State Denies Fishermen’s Rights.” Red Apple supports fishermen and did not have a problem with subject displaying sign.
9:14 p.m. -100 Block W. Veterans. Suspicious Activity. Complainant reported side door to residence had been kicked in when no one was home. No items missing, broken or moved. Extra patrols requested.
11:44 p.m. - 1600 Block SR105, Grayland. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Additional unit requested as subject of traffic stop made statement that he hates law enforcement officer. Officer arrived as driver was cleared from traffic stop.

12:06 a.m. - 1600 Block N. Montesano - Hungry Whale. Agency Assist for WSP. Officer stopped to ask if trooper needed assistance in traffic stop. Trooper stated driver was cooperative and was given Verbal Warning.
10:37 a.m. - 300 Block E. Wilson. 911 hang-up call. Unable to call back. Officer checked area with negative results.
11:27 a.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific. Agency Assist for WFD. Report of propane smell in apartment. Fire Department checked area. Nothing found.
12:38 p.m. - WPD. Reporting party requesting tenant be served with eviction notice. Advised to contact WPD when records clerk could assist.
5:36 p.m. - WPD. Found Property. Keys left outside gate at station secured in Lost and Found.
7:53 p.m. - WPD. Returned phone call regarding custody dispute. Determined to be outside City limits. Call transferred to GHCSO.

4:04 p.m. - 1200 Block N. Montesano – American Sunset RV. Welfare Check. Complainant reported son and friends would not speak to him. Confused. Officer determined complainant was at VA Hospital in Seattle.
8:05 p.m. - 900 Block Jetty View. Suspicious Person. Report of trespassing, Violation of Uniformed Controlled Substance, Minor in Possession. Officer determined occupant had permission to use vacant residence and no MIP/VUCSA activity visible. Extra patrols requested.
9:57 p.m. – Uptown Westport Business Alarm. Building secured. Officer checked area with negative results.

5:59 a.m. - 800 Block Surf. Traffic Accident. Officer observed fence knocked down with tire tracks going through yard. Recovered bumper and license plate. Contacted registered owner who advised employee was in possession of truck and he would have employee contact WPD.
6:08 a.m. - 400 Block W Ocean. Suspicious Activity. Employee noticed doors not secure. Officer checked area, no one inside, no forced entry, appears to be employee oversight.
6:11 p.m. - 200 Block W. Wilson - Holand RV Park. Landlord/Tenant dispute. Complainant reported after she moved out of trailer, landlord sold two bicycles she left behind. Landlord reported he waited 30 days before selling bicycles. Officer advised it was a civil issue.

12:39 a.m. - 200 Block W. Wilson. Report of one vehicle rollover accident. 1992 red Toyota pick-up in ditch. Officer located two wet, muddy and bloody males in vicinity who admitted being in truck. Driver arrested for Driving Under the Influence. Processed and released. Mandatory Court Appearance.
1:37 a.m. - 1800 Block Nyhus. Agency Assist for SBEMS and Fire. Smoke observed coming from fishing boat JUNO. Fire crew established command and officer assisted with crowd and traffic control.
12:13 p.m. - 1800 Block Nyhus. Department of Ecology wants to know if they can put water from JUNO fire into city wastewater plant. Negative per Fire Chief Benn.
3:11 p.m. - 2500 N. Nyhus. Extra patrols requested concerning subject recently released from prison.
6:03 p.m. - 400 E. Pacific. Malicious Mischief. Reporting party’s truck egged while visiting friends. Citizen Crime Report given.
8:37 p.m. – 200 Block W. Washington. Courtesy transport.
