9:34 p.m. – 400 Block W. Ocean. Mail reported strewn on floor behind locked gate. No problem. Common occurrence. Boxholders slide mail placed in their boxes by mistake under the gate so postal clerks can place it into correct boxes.

8:46 a.m. – 200 Block E. Harms. Landlord/Tenant dispute. Tenant a week and half late on rent. Landlord served 3-Day Eviction Notice and changed locks. Officer contacted landlord, explained law. Landlord enroute to give tenant keys to residence.
3:27 p.m. – Frank L. Motel – 700 Block S. Montesano. Report of vicious dot in area. Officer collected dog without incident and returned it to owner’s neighbor – owner not at home. Dog later escaped, officer unable to locate.
3:47 p.m. – 500 Block S. Central. Malicious Mischief. Officer spoke with both juveniles. Report filed.
3:58 p.m. – WPD. Dog owner advised of dog at large. Subject stated that she would go home and find dog.
5:31 p.m. – 500 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: No Seatbelt.

4:00 p.m. – 1800 Block N. Nyhus. Complaint regarding how local business operates. Subject stated that he would be at next city council meeting to express his concerns.

6:05 p.m. – 900 Block S. Montesano. Disorderly Conduct. Male arguing with fellow transit passengers and refusing to get off bus when ordered by driver. Officer spoke with cooperative subject who got off bus. Subject provided number for taxi service.
