Approximately 200 Tokeland customers lost power early last Thursday morning, Dec. 17, due to downed lines caused by a falling tree. The power went out at 5:49 a.m. and was restored at 12:52 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
At 3:15 a.m. on Monday of this week, Dec. 21, a downed wire caused a second power outage that impacted more than 700 customers from Udell Hanson Rd. south to Tokeland. Power was restored at 8:19 a.m.
