12:18 a.m. - 200 Block E. Dock - Knotty Pine Lounge. Disorderly Conduct. Reporting party advised male subject was intoxicated upon arrival and was not served. Employee did not want subject charged, just Trespassed. Subject compliant with officer. Courtesy transport to Float 6.

5:31 a.m. - 1800 Block S. Montesano. Citation: Correction Notice Defective License Plate Light.

9:55 a.m. - 2000 Block SR105. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Officer responded to report of male and female walking northbound involved in physical/verbal dispute. Both subjects admitted verbal dispute but stated nothing became physical. No physical evidence of assault.

12:54 p.m. - 1000 Block S. Montesano. Citation: Speeding - 49/35-mph zone. Fine: $154.

6:05 p.m. - 900 Block S. Montesano - Cranberry Motel. Suspicious Vehicle. Motel management advised male subject he could no longer be at location as he does not rent a room or trailer space. Subject complied and left area.

7:11 p.m. - 2400 Block N. Nyhus - Totem RV Park. 911 open line. No answer on recall.

8:27 p.m. - 400 Block W. Ocean. Citation: No Valid Driver’s License. Fine: $124. No Proof of Insurance. Fine: $550.

9:41 p.m. - 200 Block E. Patterson. Disorderly Conduct. Report of intoxicated male attempting to start fights and refusing to leave. Bartender wanted subject removed. Courtesy transport to residence.

1:38 a.m. - S. Montesano & Grant. Male riding bicycle into traffic without mounted white light returned with two outstanding warrants. Arrested and transported to Aberdeen Jail. Courtesy transport provided female. Bicycles placed at old PD for safekeeping.

10:51 a.m. - 2500 Block N. Harms. Suspicious Activity. Report of white male moving something on beach trail. Subject gone on arrival. Officer found four pieces of cut driftwood.

12:16 p.m. - Forrest & Sprague. Citation: Failure to Stop at Stop Sign. Fine: $124.

2:35 p.m. - 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Theft. Officer returned phone call concerning theft of camping gear.

5:00 p.m. - 600 Block N. Montesano. Verbal Warning: given for Talking on Cell Phone while Driving.

5:27 p.m. - 500 Block S. Central. Public Assist. Officer stood by with EZ Key Locksmith as door opened for property owner.

8:39 p.m. - Uptown Business Alarm. Employees on scene. Unsecured window blown open by wind. No signs of criminal activity.

7:36 a.m. - 200 Block Surf. 911 Open Line. Determined to be from school bus heading toward Ocosta School. Student reported she wanted officer to “take her teacher away.” After speaking with principal, student and teacher, complaint determined to be non-criminal and unfounded.

8:45 a.m. - 400 Block N. Broadway. Welfare Check. Request from Street Department to check on elderly male whose wallet and cell phone were in the car and he was not answering the door. Officer spoke with male subject. No problem.

6:12 p.m. - W. Lila & Cohasset. Suspicious Vehicle. Driver contacted. No criminal activity evident.

6:42 p.m. - 300 S. Forrest. Verbal Warning: Inoperative Tail Lamps.

9:20 p.m. - 1400 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Hazard. Report of tree down, blocking northbound lane. Street Department responded and removed tree.

9:33 a.m. - 2400 Block N. Nyhus - Totem RV Park. Theft. Male subject reported belongings taken but unsure what was missing, stating he “had a stroke last night.” Refused aid and appeared fine. Stated woman who lived in trailer park knew where his things were. Park manager said no woman lived in trailer male subject pointed to. Officer advised male to seek medical attention and provided him with statement form to complete.

9:51 a.m. - 600 Block Hunley. Theft. Reporting party stated dark green GMC Sonoma Pickup was taken between 10 p.m. last night and 9:30 this morning. Vehicle entered into Access as stolen.

11:36 a.m. - WPD. Vehicle Prowl. Reporting parties stated someone prowled both of their vehicles, but did not want to make a statement. Officer able to collect some evidence from one of the vehicles.

12:54 p.m. - 400 Block S. Hoquiam. Suspicious Person. Reporting party stated two teens were walking southbound, possibly “casing” houses. Officer checked area with negative results.

6:08 p.m. - Surf & Hancock. Public Assist. Male subject found uncapped needle while walking near beach entrance. Needle placed in Sharps container. No more needles located.

6:43 p.m. - 300 Block S. Forrest. Criminal DUI. Report of intoxicated males leaving location in Nissan pickup. Officer checked area with negative results.

7:37 p.m. - 1100 Block N. Montesano. Verbal Warning: Defective Tail Lamp.

9:12 p.m. - 500 Block S. Forrest. Agency Assist for APD. Aberdeen officer requested Westport officer contact registered owner of vehicle located in Walmart parking lot. Registered owner’s mother advised owner moved back to Indiana and broken down vehicle was left in parking lot until owner could get a company to pick it up.

10:47 p.m. - 1400 Block S. Agency Assist for APD/Welfare Check. Female requested welfare check on her boyfriend. Every time male is contacted he states female is ex and he does not want contact. Officer will request clerk check how many times this year officers have been called for welfare check and contact City Attorney for possible charges on female.

10:17 a.m. - 1200 Block W. Sherman. Vehicle Prowl. Reporting party advised two vehicles parked in front of her house were prowled and change taken from them.

10:17 a.m. - 200 Block W. Hunley. Agency Assist for CPS. Officer arrived with CPS representative and attempted contact, but it appeared no one was home.

4:43 p.m. - 500 Block S. Gold. Reporting party called Public Works regarding mattress left in street. Public Work advised reporting party to call APD. Officer contacted Street Department.

5:55 p.m. - 800 Block S. Forrest. Trespass. Reporting party stated male covered in mud went onto property marked “No Trespassing.” Officer located male. and Citation: 2nd Degree Criminal Trespass.

11:16 p.m. - 1600 Block N. Montesano - Hungry Whale. Public Assist. Officer assisted employee locked out of business by wind.

6:47 a.m. - 700 Block Neddie Rose. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Medical Alert pendant activated. Dispatch unable to contact anyone inside residence. Officer made entry using provided code, stayed with patient until aid arrived and assisted with preparing patient for transport.

10:41 a.m. - Woods south of Brumfield Construction. Firearm Discharge. Officer heard several loud gunshot-like noises coming from area, located soup can with holes, checked area and spoke with male subject who said he used the can as BB gun target. Officer located white plastic BB near can. Unknown if can is related to shots that were heard. No complaints of gunfire reported.

3:49 p.m. - 170 W. Spokane. Public Assist. Report of phone or cable line down in front of WFD. Comcast contacted by Dispatch.

4:32 p.m. - WPD. Agency Assist for Tenino PD. Female subject called with additional information/photographs of granddaughter reported missing out of Tenino.

5:04 p.m. - Westhaven & Lamb. Traffic. Vehicle stopped due to registered owner’s driving status listed as Suspended 2nd Degree. Registered owner was passenger in vehicle. Driver had valid license.

5:57 p.m. - 100 Block N. Forrest. Suspicious Vehicle. Report of vehicle stopped in area for 15 minutes. Vehicle located. Subjects had stopped to eat their chicken. No criminal activity.

9:37 p.m. - 900 Block N. Montesano. Verbal Warning: Inoperative License Plate Light.

11:12 p.m. - 800 Block S. Montesano. Agency Assist for GHPUD. Officer located downed wire that led directly to meter box on side of residence. Officer taped off area and had Dispatch advise PUD.

12:29 a.m. - 100 Block N. Broadway. Fireworks. Report of fireworks in area. Reporting party thought he was being targeted and stated someone had tipped over his garbage can recently. Extra patrols requested.

1:54 a.m. - S. Forrest & W. Lila. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Female subject stated she had taken psilocybin mushrooms and was dying. SBEMS responded and transported to GHCH. Officer followed ambulance due to subject being mildly combative.

9:07 a.m. - 1400 Block S. Montesano. Suspicious Person. Reporting parting stated he observed white male, 6 feet tall, medium build, wearing dark gray hoodie looking in mailbox. Officer checked area with negative results.

3:36 p.m. – 2200 Block S. Pleasant. Domestic Difficulty: Criminal. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Male and female in verbal argument when officer arrived. Both declined medical aid and refused to provide a written statement. Scene turned over to deputy upon his arrival.

8:59 p.m. – 900 Block S. Surf. Suspicious Activity: Persons. Unknown subject(s) in area with flashlights. Officer checked area with negative results.

10:54 p.m. – Suspicious Activity: Vehicle. Running vehicle pulled off to side of roadway. Officer made contact with occupants. No criminal activity evident. Passenger lives in area.
