9:19 p.m. – 600 Block N. Ocosta. Theft. Female subject claiming ex-boyfriend has key to her car. Would not return it. Male produced key ring to show he did not have key. Female wished to pursue theft charges. Male cited for Theft Third Degree. Case will be sent to courts for further action.
10:02 p.m. – 1700 Block S. Ocosta. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Female stated ex-boyfriend locked her in trailer, turned off water and power then fled when she told him she was calling 911. Officers checked area with negative results.

10:40 a.m. – 500 Block W. Ocean. Vehicle Prowl. Possible attempted auto theft. Report filed.
11:40 a.m. – 600 Block E. Elizabeth. Extra Patrols requested due to possible trespassing in vacant residence.
12:59 p.m. – 600 Block N. Ocosta. Civil standby for property recovery.
1:46 p.m. – 400 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration/No Vehicle Operator’s License.
3:30 p.m. – E. Patterson & Nyhus. 911 Open Line. No sounds of problem.
5:33 p.m. – 800 Block N. Montesano. Suspicious Persons. Reporting party advised someone cutting trees down on city property. Two males had been hired by property owner to clear trees and brush. Property owner brought permit to WPD.
7:00 p.m. – Dock & Nyhus. Warrant Arrest. Passenger in vehicle arrested for Felony Warrant.
7:29 p.m. – Seattle & Olympia. Traffic. Report of female driving recklessly. Officer contacted female who stated it was other driver who was driving recklessly. No crimes apparent.
8:43 p.m. – 1000 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: No Trailer Lights.
9:14 p.m. – Float 5. Trespass. Reporting party was told by boat owner to call police if they ever saw someone onboard vessel. Officer contacted female onboard who had name and phone number of boat owner. Marina employee verified owner information but officer unable to contact owner.

1:41 a.m. – 1600 N. Montesano – Hungry Whale. Suspicious Activity. Vehicle behind building with extension cord running from shed. Male who was less than cooperative claimed to have permission from owner. Provided owner information.
2:00 p.m. – 500 Block W. Newell. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration.
2:08 a.m. – 100 Block W. Veterans. Suspicious Activity. Traffic Stop: No Bike Headlight.
9:25 a.m. – Float 15. Traffic Stop: Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree/No Interlock Installed.
10:04 a.m. – 100 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.
10:36 a.m. – N. Montesano & Bay. No Contact Violation. Contacted male and female. Unable to confirm until after initial contact. Pending further investigation.
1:37 p.m. – 300 Block N. Forrest. Animal-at-Large. Observed dog chasing car down street. Contacted owner. Advised to keep dog under control.

2:16 p.m. – 2700 Block Jetty Haul - Westhaven State Park. 911 Open Line. Officer checked area with negative results.
4:04 p.m. – 100 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: No Seatbelt.
4:20 p.m. – 500 Block W. Spokane. Traffic Stop: Speeding.
6:56 p.m. – 600 Block Starr. Trespass. Female arrested on outstanding Warrant, booked into Aberdeen Jail. Also cited for Trespass in 2nd Degree for refusing to leave property when asked multiple times by homeowner.
7:59 p.m. – 300 Block S. Forrest. Welfare Check. 10-year-old male upset mother hadn’t returned and wasn’t answering cell phone. Officer contacted mother by phone. Advised her of situation. She stated she would return home ASAP.
8:27 p.m. – 1100 Block S. Broadway. Suspicious Vehicle. Gold Honda Accord with dark tinted windows, no visible plate, driving through area made reporting party suspicious. Officer checked area with negative results.

12:06 a.m. – 2300 Block N. Nyhus. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Subject denied aid. Felony warrant out of GHCSO confirmed. Subject arrested and booked into jail.
10:16 a.m. – 1200 Block N. Montesano. Report of male with four large dogs off-leash on shoreline east of airport. Concern for wildlife possibly being chased. Officer checked area with negative results.
11:06 a.m. – 2500 Block N. Nyhus – Westport Inn – Burglary. TV taken.
1:23 a.m. –Subway – SR105 at Westport ‘Y’. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Check on subject in white Ford Crown Victoria with no plates that reporting party believed resembled someone seen on “America’s Most Wanted.” Gone on officer’s arrival.
2:56 p.m. – 100 Block S. Aberdeen. Male at unoccupied residence stated that he was removing items for homeowner that has an outstanding warrant. Officer advised that homeowner would have to remove his own property.
4:20 p.m. – 100 Block E. Patterson. Traffic Stop: Speeding.
4:32 p.m. – 800 Block N. Montesano. Civil Property Issue. Report of a tree falling on vehicle and business. Advised to contact other property owner.
5:16 p.m. – 100 Block W. Ocean. Traffic Stop: Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.
5:33 p.m. – 500 Block N. Montesano. Found Bicycle. Placed in Street Department compound.
8:15 p.m. – 100 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree/No Proof of Insurance/Arrest Warrant (Jail status RED.) Cited and released.
9:09 p.m. – 1800 Block N. Nyhus. Welfare Check. Female sitting on floor in public restroom, believed to have been there for several hours. Female advised she was waiting for a friend to come pick her up. She stated that she would move along.
9:20 p.m. – 100 Block S. Montesano. Arrest: Driving Under the Influence.
10:59 p.m. – 2200 Block N. Nyhus. Vehicle Prowl. Interrupted. Victim detained suspect until officer arrived. Subject arrested for Vehicle Prowl/Malicious Mischief. Transported to Pacific County Line and turned over to deputy on felony warrant out of South Bend.
