4:14 a.m. – 2900 S. Forrest. Agency Assist for GHSCO/Burglary. Detained subject who was later taken to GHC Jail.

10:25 a.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Civil dispute over selling of motor home. Complainant advised to contact attorney.

1:15 p.m. – 300 Block E. Patterson. Traffic Stop: Using Cell Phone While Driving.

8:53 p.m. – 2400 Block Pleasant. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Assisted on reported possible burglary. Nothing found out of order.

11:46 p.m. – 1600 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Driving While License Suspended/ DUI

1:32 a.m. – 200 Block S. Aberdeen. Child Custody. Reporting party gone on officer’s arrival. Nobody home.

4:45 p.m. – 400 Block Dunehaven. Suspicious Activity. Reporting party concerned about the vacation homes in area. Checked for forced entry. None found.

1:55 a.m. – 700 Block W. Hancock. Found Property. White lady’s bike found near propane tank. Taken to station. Tagged as found property.

6:06 a.m. – 400 Block W. Park. Suspicious Premises. Reporting party heard what sounded like bulldozer knocking over trees. Located bulldozer but it was not operational. No fallen trees located. Neighbor advised they did not hear anything.

9:28 a.m. – 200 E. Harms. Welfare Check. Infant and 10-year-old being cared for by boyfriend of mother who is in hospital. Children checked on. Both appeared healthy and well cared for.

3:00 p.m. – 100 Block W. Pacific. Theft. Reporting party left Ozark dry duffel bag in front of washer at laundromat. Returned one hour later. It was gone. Clerk did not observe anyone taking bag. No suspect information.

3:07 p.m. – 900 Block Jetty View. Suspicious Activity. Subject at neighbor’s residence while they weren’t home. Reporting party believed he came from inside residence with backpack full of things. Officer contacted owner who advised subject had permission to take property.

6:19 p.m. – 2300 Block Westhaven. Welfare Check. Male subject left vessel he is living on four hours previously without phone and wallet. Experiencing mental issues. Attempt to Locate sent to Dispatch. Reporting party requested to contact P.D. when subject’s brother arrives from Alaska, who is also expressing concern, or when subject returns to boat.

12:27 a.m. – 2500 Block S. Montesano. Agency Assist for GHCSO - Burglary. Assisted with burglary at Ocosta High School. White male, 5’7’’ thin build, blue hoodie, bright blue backpack. K-9 unable to locate subject. Items initially thought taken recovered, except for one drill at elementary school.

3:02 a.m. – View Ridge. Agency Assist for GHCSO. 911 call. No coordinates available. Sounds of verbal argument. Checked area outside city limits. Unable to locate anyone.

5:30 a.m. – View Ridge. 911 Hang-up Call. Different phone from County. Assist at 3:02 a.m. Again, sounds of altercation heard. Checked area south of city limits. No one out and about.

8:15 a.m. – 300 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Failure to Signal Turn.

8:31 a.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

9:24 a.m. – 800 Block S. Forrest. Suspicious Person. Report of suspicious male walking northbound. Officer checked area with negative results.

9:38 a.m. – 200 Block S. Montesano. Trespass. Male subject issued Criminal Trespass Warning to remain off property of Episcopal Church.

9:51 a.m. – 600 Block N. Ocosta. Harassment. Officer returned phone call request to male subject wanting information on what to do about co-worker making false accusations and threatening him. Provided information on obtaining court order.

11:00 a.m. – 600 Block E. Elizabeth – Brumfield Construction. Suspicious Activity. Contact made with female employee in reference to suspicious activity involving business line. Report filed.

4:28 p.m. – 1500 Block S. Montesano – Pacific Bay Motel. Disturbance. Report of female rambling about male subject causing problems. Negative contact with any subjects in area. No further calls or reports.

1:15 a.m. – 300 Block W. Seattle. Malicious Mischief. Back window smashed on vehicle in disrepair. Appears to be abandoned as registered owner moved out of area last year. Homeowner not on property. Will attempt to contact registered owner to advise something needs to be done with vehicle or turn information over to Code Enforcement for further action.

1:45 a.m. – 1600 Block W. Lila. Suspicious Person. Checking boardwalk area that had recently been vandalized, officer contacted male subject with Westport Warrant and GHCSO Warrant. Jail Status RED. Would not accept either warrant. Subject advised to contact courts to take care of warrants. No signs of new damage to boardwalk.

2:15 a.m. – 800 Block S. Montesano. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Deputy interested in getting in contact with male subject contacted by officer at 1:45 a.m. in reference to assault that took place in December. Subject transported to WPD. Interviewed by Deputy.

3:23 p.m. – 200 Block E. Harms. Property Issue. Returned phone call to female subject in reference to civil matter regarding personal property.

3:46 p.m. – 800 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Hazard. Report of trashcan in middle of roadway. Roadway cleared.

5:02 p.m. – 100 Block S. Montesano. Civil. Female upset about nearly being in collision in Shop ‘N Kart parking lot. Contacted both parties. No crime occurred.

7:04 p.m. – 1700 Dicks. Agency Assist for GHCSO - Landlord-Tenant Issue. Assisted with civil dispute with possible threats made. All parties clearly intoxicated. Deputies determined to separate parties for the night.

9:57 p.m. – 300 Block E. Dock. Traffic Stop: Speeding/Failure to Signal.

10:14 p.m. – 2200 Block Westhaven. Traffic Stop: Defective License Plate Light.

10:55 p.m. – 100 Block E. Harms – Westport Timberland Library. Report of suspicious person in library. Custodians hard at work.

10:58 p.m. – Chehalis & Montesano. Agency Assist for GHCSO/Suspicious Persons. Three juveniles ran from area upon Deputy’s arrival. Deputy advised to cancel response.

2:06 a.m. – 600 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Headlight.

11:27 a.m. – 600 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Using Wireless Device While Driving.

12:03 p.m. – 200 Block N. Broadway. Burglary. Dispatched for report of residential burglary and motor vehicle theft that had occurred within past three days. Report filed.

12:40 p.m. – 1200 Block S. Montesano. Trespass/Civil. Report of trespassing. Upon arrival determined to be dispute regarding property lines between neighbors. Civil only.

4:20 p.m. – Uptown Business alarm. Contact made with employees. No problems. No criminal activity.

12:49 a.m. – 700 Block S. Ocosta. Prowler. Report of prowler ringing doorbell. Subject stated he was trying to get pain pills from resident who did not want him on property. Subject was moved on.

1:52 a.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Traffic Stop: No Vehicle Operator License/DUI.

3:53 p.m. – Float 14. Animal Welfare Check. Three dogs and five cats seen inside a white and tan boat moored at Float 14. Reporting party concerned for their welfare. Officer checked float and nearby area. Boat not observed.

11:30 p.m. – Blue Buoy restaurant – Westhaven. Man sitting under business awning. Using Wi-Fi to message captain about fishing schedule.

11:41 p.m. – 1300 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Headlamp.
