2:08 a.m. – 300 Block S. Montesano. Harassment. Female reporting harassing messages on her phone. Officer observed messages. No specific threats. Advised female to get contact order against subject.

5:05 a.m. – 1200 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding

8:25 a.m. – 900 Block S. Montesano. Theft. Male subject left his bike in his front yard yesterday. Awoke to find bike missing.

6:24 p.m. – 600 Block N. Broadway. 911 Open Line. Two males arguing in background. Officer contacted reporting party who was very intoxicated. Another male was at his house yelling at him. Subject gone on officer’s arrival.

9:27 p.m. – 200 Block W. Washington. Animal. Reporting of dog barking constantly. Officer gave owner verbal warning.

9:42 p.m. – 100 Block S. Montesano. Report of previous vehicle prowl. Under investigation.

1:58 a.m. – 900 Block S. Forrest. Persons. Subject stop on male and female on bike. No problems.

7:21 p.m. – 600 Block N. Melbourne. Animal at Large. Lost dog reported. Later found.

10:02 p.m. – 900 Block S. Montesano. Trespass. Report of subject trespassing. Gone on officer’s arrival.

10:51 p.m. – 500 Block N. Montesano. Suspicious Vehicle. Report of vehicle at Parks Department. No problem. Cleaning person on site.

11:58 p.m. – 300 Block S. Montesano. Suspicious Persons. Close patrol requested.

12:01 a.m. – 300 Block S. Montesano. Suspicious Activity. Female stated her dog is acting weird. Nothing suspicious seen.

2:17 a.m. – 600 Block S. Montesano. Suspicious Persons. Subject stop. No problems.

3:24 a.m. – 200 Block E. Tacoma. Suspicious Vehicle. Reporting party awoke to loud crash then observed unknown type of truck driving eastbound. Officer checked area with negative results.

3:39 a.m. – 600 Block S. Olympia. Suspicious Activity. Report from Lifeline employee to Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office of potential suicidal subject. Address traced to Westport. Officer spoke with male and female in residence that stated there was no problem and that they have no Lifeline account. Officer left crisis clinic contact information with both parties.

12:38 p.m. – 300 Block Melbourne. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Assisted with transporting possible stroke victim.

6:02 p.m. – 1800 Block N. Nyhus – Ocean Gold. Suspicious Activity. Male subject reported his boots were taken from his locker while he was working, then returned in a plastic bag by the cleaning person.

8:36 p.m. – 700 Block N. Rainier. Intoxicated Persons. Report of two intoxicated males bumping against vehicles. Upon officer’s arrival, reporting party indicated males were picked up by unknown person in dark colored passenger car. Officer checked area with negative results.

10:06 p.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Domestic Difficulty. Dispatched for reported violation of Grays Harbor Superior Court No Contact Order between male and female with prior domestic relationship. Report filed.

11:01 p.m. – 400 Block E. Pacific. Harassment. Reported threats via Facebook. Report filed.

11:49 a.m. – 800 Block N. 1st. Traffic Stop: Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree/No Proof of Insurance.

2:48 p.m. – WPD. Agency Assist for GHCSO and Montesano PD.

3:19 p.m. – 300 Block N. Montesano. Suspicious Vehicle. Officer contacted suspicious vehicle at Crime Watch request. Advised solicitors they needed business license from the city to continue.

4:00 p.m. – 700 Block Neddie Rose. Conflicting report of verbal between male and female regarding dog off leash. Nothing physical. No threats. Information only.

9:35 p.m. – 600 Block N. Montesano. Suspicious Persons. Officer contacted male and female loitering in front of City Hall. When asked what they were doing, female advised charging her phone. Officer advised that is theft of service. Female unplugged phone.

10:58 p.m. – 2700 Block Jetty Haul. Suspicious Persons. Female on bike advised she was there to get tokens for shower. Female was advised trail and parks are day use only.

12:59 a.m. – Westport Light State Park. Suspicious Persons. Bike observed behind restrooms. Same female contacted. Advised this too is state park. Closed between dusk and 6:30 a.m.

1:33 a.m. – Spokane & Broadway. Suspicious Persons. Female contacted walking wrong way in roadway. Officer advised her to walk against flow of traffic when no sidewalk was present.

9:51 a.m. – 400 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Expired License Plate.

11:18 a.m. – 1200 Block Surf. Suspicious Activity. Report of dumping on private property. Found large trunk, wrapped in Saran Wrap containing empty and semi-empty paint cans.

3:54 p.m. – 200 Block E. Harms. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Assisted with patient transport.

6:59 p.m. – 900 Block S. Montesano. Found Property. Property returned to owner.

8:53 p.m. – Float 15. Public Assist. Officer assisted motorist.

12:01 a.m. – 200 Block E. Harbor. Property. Female reported her television being stolen by boyfriend. Non-criminal. Civil only.

12:57 a.m. – 200 Block E. Patterson – Mermaid Deli/Tavern. 911 Hang-up Call. Bartender stated male customer refused to leave when told to leave property. Subject left prior to law enforcement arrival. Officer unable to to locate male subject to issue Criminal Trespass Warning. Follow-up will be made at subject’s residence to issue trespass order.

6:01 a.m. – 600 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

10:30 a.m. – WPD. Harassment. Citizen upset about being taunted at work and recently fired. Advised to contact supervisor at workplace.

11:15 a.m. – 400 Block E. Pacific. Traffic. Report of recklessly driven silver Mazda. Reportedly swerved at reporting party. Officer checked area with negative results.

1:35 p.m. – 700 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Expired Registration.

9:43 p.m. – 400 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Headlamp.

10:40 p.m. – 1500 Block S. Montesano. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Assisted with female vomiting and having head pain.

11:03 p.m. – 600 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

11:20 p.m. – N. Nyhus & E. Harbor. Suspicious Vehicle. Contact made with parked vehicle. No criminal activity evident.

11:33 p.m. – 200 Block E. Dock. Vehicle Prowl. Three vehicle prowls at location. Suspects broke windows and forced open locks. Ongoing investigation.

3:11 a.m. – 300 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: No Tail Lights.

6:09 a.m. – 1200 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Headlamp.

11:38 a.m. – 700 Block W. Hancock. Vehicle Prowl. Report taken.

3:38 p.m. 200 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop Expired Registration More Than 2 Months.

4:00 p.m. - Seattle & N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding – 42/30-mph zone.

5:00 p.m. – 1000 Block W. Ocean. Report of intoxicated male staggering in middle of roadway. Officer contacted male and provided safety transport to residence.

5:53 p.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Report of a female overdosed on heroin. False report. Court order violation and false reporting charges pending.

7:15 p.m. – 700 Block N. Forest. Report of accidental shooting. Adult male accidently shot himself in the foot with a .45 ACP handgun. Male transported to hospital by SBEMS for treatment. No crimes observed.

9:29 p.m. – 100 Block E. Wilson. Traffic Stop: Failure to Dim High Beams.

11:20 p.m. – 700 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Headlamp.

11:35 p.m. – 200 Block E. Dock. Vehicle with two inside in an area of recent prowls. Office contacted both – no problems.

11:46 p.m. –100 Block W. Ocean. Traffic Stop: Failure to Stop at Stop Sign and Failure to Signal. Driver arrested for DUI. Refused BAC test. Transported to hospital for warrant blood draw.
