11:36 p.m. – Surf & Pebble Beach. Suspicious Activity: Persons. Officer attempted to stop male and female on bikes with no lights. Female stopped. Male dropped his bike and fled on foot. Bike taken as Abandoned Property.

1:24 a.m. – P.D. Telephone Traffic: Male called regarding ticket received. Given number for Court Clerk.
1:48 a.m. – Westport ‘Y’. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Attempt to Locate vehicle last seen southbound onSR105. Negative contact.
2:53 a.m. – 1800 Block N. Nyhus. Disorderly Conduct. Three subjects involved. Matter settled with officer contact. They separated for the night.
8:30 a.m. – Weshaven. Traffic Stop: Do Not Enter sign violation.
10:28 a.m. – 100 Block W. Park. Trespass & Suspicious Activity: Premises. Bicycle tracks in yard and things missing from garage over several months. Extra patrols requested.
10:54 a.m. – 400 Block E. Pacific. Harassment. Report of male subject being disorderly with neighbor. No threats made. Complainant advised to obtain Anti-Harassment Order.
1:18 p.m. – Hunley and Veterans. Found dog. Dog left at presumed owner’s residence because officer dispatched to another call.
1:34 p.m. – 700 Block N. 3rd. Suspicious Activity: Persons in woods east of residence. Officer checked area. Found one female who was advised to leave area if there without owner’s permission.
3:07 p.m. – 500 Block N. Montesano. Felony DOC Warrant. Subject detained until advised that no jail would hold.
5:26 p.m. – N. Forrest & W. Spokane. Suspicious Activity: Persons. Possible female on narcotics. No narcotics found. Subject had mental health issues. No criminal activity evident.
9:42 p.m. – 100 Block S. Montesano. Shoplifting. Male subject arrested for Theft 3rd Degree. Report filed.
9:45 p.m. – 200 Block W. Ocean. Guest advised that office was open but no clerk present for approximately three hours. Officer called emergency contact number and read clerk. Guest advised that everything was OK. Office secured.

1:36 a.m. – 100 Block S. Forrest. Malicious Mischief. Loud thump heard. Thought possible window broken. Officer checked residence. No broken windows or rocks lying around. Bats flying in area. Possible bird-strike on window.
6:32 a.m. – P.D. Female advised that she couldn’t get home to Hoquiam. Courtesy transport provided to Park and Ride lot. Officer also provided bus fare.
1000 Block W. Ocean Traffic Stop: No Trailer Lights.
11:33 p.m. – 1600 Block W. Ocean. Officer heard four loud bangs. Possible fireworks or small caliber firearm. Searched area with negative results.

5:12 p.m. – 2300 Block Westhaven. Theft of Cell phone. Report filed.
6:17 p.m. – 300 Block E. Harbor. Theft 3rd Degree. Fraudulent check written by former employee. Report filed.

7:53 a.m. – 1200 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.
11:16 a.m. – 200 Block E. Dock. Traffic Accident: Fixed Object. Hit and Run. Report filed.
12:55 p.m. – 200 Block W. Wilson. Traffic Stop: Speeding.
1:11 p.m. – 600 Block E. Elizabeth. Traffic Stop: No Driver’s Side Mirrors/Missing Splash Apron/Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree.
1:58 p.m. – 800 Block N. Rainier. Smoke observed near residence. Fence on fire near structure. Officer used hose from nearby residence to knock down flames until WFD arrived.
2:22 p.m. – 1020 W. Ocean. Lost Cell Phone near lighthouse. Cell phone located while officer on scene.
9:31 p.m. – Neddie Rose – Islander building parking lot. Subjects in RV intending to camp for night advised of ordinance and options.
11:15 p.m. – 200 Block S. Montesano. Former Viking Bowl building. Female going through trash can. Multiple warrants out of several agencies. Arrested, transported and booked into Hoquiam jail on warrant out of Cosmopolis.

1:25 a.m. - 300 Block S. Montesano. Suspicious Activity. Voices of male and female heard outside residence. Officer checked area with negative results.
3:11 a.m. – Newell & Forrest. Vehicle observed dropping off subject in driveway of abandoned residence where another vehicle was parked. Car trouble. No criminal activity apparent.
4:33 a.m. – 1200 Block N. Montesano. Officer contacted subject with cart full of random items walking down wrong side of street. He stated that he was taking items to Dumpsters. Based on quality of item in cart, most likely true.
7:57 a.m. – 2500 Block W. Harms. Male subject contacted who was sleeping along street near Westport inn. Advised of No Camping Ordinance. Subject claimed to be part of group staying at motel.
8:01 a.m. – 1300 Block S. Forrest. Chickens Check. Request to check on chickens at residence due to excessive noise and traffic hazard. All chickens in coop. Rooster audible, but no loud. Animal Control officer will be advised.
8:14 a.m. – 300 Block Chehalis. Suspicious Activity: Vehicle. Truck parked partially in roadway in front of vacant house. People interested in purchasing. No problem.
8:52 a.m. – 900 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: No Vehicle Operator’s License with ID.
9:27 a.m. – 2200 Block Westhaven. Traffic Stop: Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree.
10:08 a.m. – 1800 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: No Current Plate Displayed.
10:16 a.m. – 1700 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.
9:57 p.m. – 700 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Brake Light/Turn Signal.
11:08 p.m. – 500 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Obstructed License Plate/No Proof of Insurance/Defective Tail Light/Failure to Carry Registration/etc.
