12:00 a.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific. Disturbance. Complaint of people outside yelling at each other. Gone on officer’s arrival.

12:01 a.m. - E. Elizabeth & G. Disturbance. Complaint of loud, intoxicated people and loud music. Officer contacted subjects around fire pit. They turned the music off and quieted down.

6:01 a.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific. Warrant. Criminal citation issued for Providing False Information to Police. Felony DOC Warrant. Subject Booked into Hoquiam Jail for DOC.

2:00 p.m. - Montesano & Ocean. Suspicious Vehicle. Report of recklessly driven vehicle. Officer checked area with negative results.

3:58 p.m. - 1500 Block S. Montesano. Citation: No Proof of Insurance. Fine: $550. Verbal warning for Expired Registration.

4:23 p.m. - 400 Block W. Newell. Burglary. Returned phone call for additional information regarding previously reported burglary.

4:36 p.m. - 2100 Block Westhaven. Suspicious Person. Report of unknown persons screaming, vehicle stopped in roadway with dog yelping like it was being struck. Officer checked area with negative results.

5:20 p.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific. Returned phone call to female subject who purchased cell phone from female suspect in Westport area and cell phone does not work. Officer advised it is civil matter and referred subject to GH Small Claims Court.

5:50 p.m. - 400 Block E. Dock - Washington Crab. Suspicious vehicle. Report of recklessly driven green BMW. Officer located green BMW unoccupied and parked at Hearty Galley.

6:28 p.m. - 100 Block E. Wilson - Jolly Roger parking lot. Motor home parked with no persons in or around. Washington Crab employee told officer mobile home had been parking at different locations around marina past few weeks. Follow-up contact to be made with driver and/or registered owner.

11:47 p.m. - N. Montesano & E. Wilson. Citation: No Motorcycle Endorsement. Fine: $124. Verbal warning for unrenewed license plate.

4:40 a.m. - 100 S. Montesano. Citation: Speeding - 45/30-mph zone. Fine: $154.

5:04 a.m. - 500 Block N. Montesano. Citation: Improper Lamp Color. Fine: $124.

5:41 a.m. - 400 Block S. Forrest. Barking dog complaint. No one home. Dog in kennel. Notice of violation left.

9:15 a.m. - 1600 Block N. Montesano. Disorderly Person. Reporting party requested disorderly subject be trespassed from all Ocean Company properties. Trespass form completed and served on male subject who signed form.

11:13 a.m. - Nyhus & Harbor. Complaint of motorcycles parked in yellow loading zone. Not as reported.

4:44 p.m. - 400 Block S. Forrest. Public Assist. Returned phone call to subject who received WPD notification card.

5:05 p.m. - 2300 Block Westhaven. Citation: Overtime Parking. Fine: $20.

6:19 p.m. - 500 Block W. Newell. Trespass. Report of unknown subject in area where squatters had previously been. Officer located female subject who said she was picking flowers and removing garbage. Subject was told to leave area and if she returned would be arrested for trespassing.

9:13 p.m. - 200 Block E. Dock. Animal at Large. Report of sea otter that walked into front office. Complainant advised would keep otter until Fish and Wildlife could be notified.

9:58 p.m. - 200 Block W. Wilson - Holand RV Center. Theft. Reporting party stated male suspect who was in his house, stole 280 Oxycodone pills. Officer unable to locate suspect.

9:29 a.m. - 1100 Block S. Broadway. Residential Alarm. Employee with ADT security badge stated he was trying to contact homeowners but they were not home.

1:51 p.m. - Dock & Westhaven. Public Assist. Male reported female was extremely intoxicated, was abandoned by her boyfriend and had “to get back to Seattle.” Officer advised her she needed a place to sleep and sober up before working on getting back to Seattle. She insisted on getting a ride. Officer transported her to bus stop near Timberland Library.

6:59 p.m. - 500 Block W. Newell. Public Assist. Officer conducted walk through due to reports of persons trespassing. No persons located, all doors and windows secured.

8:45 p.m. - 600 Block W. Sprague. Suspicious vehicle. Officer observed vehicle parked on side of road with rear driver’s side door open. Contact made with driver who was in the back seat moving personal property to front seat.

10:20 p.m. - 2400 Block N. Nyhus - Totem RV Park. Burglary. Not as reported.

10:44 p.m. - 100 Block N. Lighthouse. Suicidal Subject. Family friend was concerned for female who showed up at his residence stating she cut her wrists and wanted to kill herself. Cuts on wrists appeared to be a few days old. Medical aid arrived and female voluntarily went to GHCH with SBEMS.

10:59 p.m. - 2000 Block Westhaven. Citation: No Proof of Insurance. Fine: $550.

3:29 a.m. - 300 Block E. Harbor. Burglary. Employer reporting for work arrived to find front door shattered. Suspect(s) attempted to force open cash register, were unsuccessful and ran out back of business.

3:29 a.m. - 2400 Block Westhaven - Westport Charters. Malicious Mischief. Outer glass on double paned door had been broken. No entry made into business.

1:53 p.m. - 500 Block N. Melbourne. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Officer assisted with elderly female with low respirations.

1:53 p.m. - 700 Block Neddie Rose. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Officer assisted with elderly male who tripped and hit his head, causing a laceration.

2:35 p.m. - 300 Block E. Harbor. Citation: Overtime Parking. Fine:$20.

3:46 p.m. - 1000 Block W. Ocean. Citation: Speeding - 35/25-mph zone. Fine: $124.

4:04 p.m. - Westhaven & Neddie Rose. Citation: Cell Phone Use While Driving. Fine: $124.

5:00 p.m. - 800 Block N. Montesano. Citation: No Proof of Insurance. Fine: $550. Verbal warning for No Front License Plate.

5:31 p.m. - 100 Block S. Montesano. Warrant. Subject turned himself in on DOC felony warrant. Warrant confirmed. Subject booked into Hoquiam Jail.

9:20 p.m. - 1500 Block N. Forrest. Citation: Speeding - 50/35-mph zone. Fine: $154.

9:30 p.m. - 1500 Block N. Montesano. Citation: No Light on Bike. Fine: $124. Misdemeanor warrant arrest. Booked by GHCSO.

11:29 a.m. - 600 Block N. Ocosta. Trespass. Officer stood by as male subject tried to check one of his rental units for unknown persons inside. Unable to gain entrance as unknown persons had changed locks.

5:58 p.m. - 600 Block N. Ocosta. Animal complaint. Ongoing problem with neighbor’s dog coming into reporting party’s yard and attacking her dog. Both parties blame each other. Officer advised both parties to stay away from each other.

8:35 p.m. - 200 Block Margaret. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Officer assisted in locating and arresting subject for Extortion 1st Degree.

9:08 p.m. - 1600 Block N. Montesano - Hungry Whale. Disturbance. Female requested help but walked off when officer arrived. Eventually located female but she declined assistance.

4:38 a.m. - 900 Block Pheasant Run. Vehicle Prowl. Reporting party advised cell phone and .38 cal. revolver taken from his truck.

8:22 a.m. - 1200 Block Driftwood. Vehicle Prowl. Wallet taken. Reporting party not in area to give report. Advised to complete Citizen Crime Report online. Extra patrols requested.

7:03 p.m. - 300 Block S. Montesano. Suspicious Person. Officer observed male lying motionless in field south of library. Male subject said he sat down for a few moments and fell asleep. He indicated he would leave area and continue nap at home.

7:03 p.m. - E. Wilson & N. Nyhus. Citation: Parking Within 30 Feet of Stop Sign. Fine: $20.

8:44 p.m. - 100 Block W. Veterans. Non-criminal Domestic Difficulty. Report of verbal argument between male and female. Officer spoke with both parties independently and both indicated argument was verbal only, no signs or evidence of physical assault.

10:48 p.m. - 700 Block W. Hancock. Fireworks Complaint. Officer unable to locate subjects reportedly setting off fireworks.

11:57 p.m. - Westhaven State Park. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Officer detained intoxicated subject until deputies arrived short time later. Subject agreed to have someone drive him to Shelton. Intoxicated subject later arrested by deputies after he started fight with person driving him to Shelton.

12:49 a.m. - 200 Block E. Dock Knotty Pine. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Intoxicated female reported she was feeling dizzy and like she was going to pass out. WFD indicated no medical issue. Female could not remember when she last took methamphetamine, was rambling, speaking very fast and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. She was asked to move along per bartender’s request.

2:25 a.m. - 700 Block E. Neddie Rose. Suspicious Person. Report of someone sleeping in vehicle with loud music and possibly intoxicated. Subject advised to go back to boat.

2:50 a.m. - 100 Block Ocean. Criminal Traffic. Report of female driving dark colored pickup with fresh damage to passenger side. Driver started rambling about people chasing her and that she wanted to park her truck someplace safe and stay in it. Field sobriety tests indicated she was under the influence. Female agreed to blood test, taken to GHCH for blood draw.

7:22 a.m. - 100 Block N. Montesano. Trespass. Female acting strangely. Officer asked her to leave.

9:13 a.m. - 600 block S. Forrest. Same woman as 7:22 a.m. incident acting strangely. She indicated she wanted a ride to Aberdeen. Local pastor said he would make arrangements to get her to Aberdeen.

9:34 a.m. - 400 E. Pacific. Burglary. Suspects took approximately $800 after gaining entrance through unlocked door.

11:19 a.m. - 1400 Block S. Montesano. Suspicious Activity. Reporting party stated female kicked two boards out of fence and had large amount of traffic in and out of her trailer. Extra patrols requested.

1:36 p.m. - 100 Block W. Veterans. Harassment. Complaint of neighbor threatening to throw brick at reporting party because reporting party told her dogs to be quiet. Advised reporting party to seek order.

3:04 p.m. - E. Carstenson & Westhaven. Animal Neglect. Report of dog locked inside white Subaru. Officer checked area with negative results.

3:46 p.m. - E. Sprague. Burglary. Report of burglary in progress. Officer contacted male and female on location that said they check the residence on a monthly basis for homeowner. When they arrived they discovered sliding glass door was open. Homeowner, currently fishing in Alaska, verified their story, and will check residence for missing/damaged items when he returns next week and file a report if necessary. Extra patrols requested.

4:28 p.m. - Lost property. Reporting party looking for “High Trails” backpack containing Bible, clothing and food. Officer advised WPD did not have it.

4:51 p.m. - Westhaven State Park. Public Assist. Complainant broke ignition key. Referred to locksmith.

5:51 p.m. – 200 Block E. Harms. Agency Assist for Adult Protective Services. Request to contact residents regarding complaint of mistreatment of dependent adult at location. Officer spoke with residents and did not have any probable cause of any criminal activity or mistreatment. Dependent adult very upset that complaint was filed.

10:33 p.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific - South Bayview Apartments. Malicious Mischief. Complainant reported driver’s side headlamp, windshield and side window had been smashed out. He saw a silver Chevy Impala and dark colored mini van speed off from location. Extra patrols requested. Investigation ongoing.
