Blood donors are invited to make reservations for Westport Winery’s next Bella Blood Drive and join the Roberts family as they give the gift of life on Tuesday, August 5, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The winery will accept reservations for up to three donors every 15 minutes during this timeframe. Free refreshments will be provided to donors.
Basic donor criteria are available at redcrossblood.org or by calling 1-866-236-3276. Blood donors can donate every 56 days.
Those who elect to give blood will earn a bottle of Bella at half price. A portion of the proceeds from this blend of Aglianco, Tempranillo, Refosco, Primativo, Barbera, Merlot and Syrah benefits the Mt. Rainier Chapter of the American Red Cross Blood Bank.
Westport Winery is is located on the corner of Highway 105 and South Arbor Road halfway between Aberdeen and Westport.
