The recent cold snap in the Pacific Northwest not only provided some traveling and maintaining warmth challenges, but also offered some incredible examples of Mother Nature’s handiwork in the form of lacy icy artwork in puddles from one end to the other of the South Beach.
This particular beauty was captured by COASTAL IMAGES photographer, Ron Arel, alongside the entrance to Twin Harbors State Park on New Year’s Day. What a beautiful way to welcome in the New Year.
