12:35 a.m. — 200 Block E. Elizabeth. Public Assist. Welfare check on female reported as possibly suicidal. Contacted female who stated she had no intention of harming herself or others.

5:55 a.m. — 2400 Block Westhaven. Traffic Stop: Speeding/Failure to Signal.

9:28 a.m. — Float 3. Theft of items on fishing vessel. Report filed.

2:42 p.m. — 600 Block N. Broadway. Animal at Large. Report filed.

9:24 p.m. — Newell & Ocosta. Public Assist. Flagged down by subject questioning why spotlight was being used in neighborhood.

9:49 p.m. — 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Disturbance. Report of loud music. Had been turned down prior to officer’s arrival.

12:12 a.m. — Forrest & Newell. Traffic Stop: Defective Tail Light.

12:25 a.m. – 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Subject fell off bike. Split his lip. Was belligerent with call taker. Subject highly intoxicated. Transported to GHCH.

1:19 a.m. — 200 Block E. Dock. Harassment. Disorderly subject harassing bartender. Report filed.

6:52 a.m. — 20o West Pine. 911 Hang-up. Officer dispatched for welfare check.

8:27 p.m. — 600 Block S. Central. Persons. Intoxicated and disorderly son left when he found out mother was calling WPD. Officer checked area with negative results.

10:17 p.m. — 100 E. Harms. Public Assist. Request to check on father of intoxicated disorderly son from previous call as he has gone to pick up son at the library and no one had heard from him. Subjects located. No problems. They were having father/adult son talk.

11:57 p.m. — WPD. Agency Assist for FBI. National Crime Information Center/FBI clerk called to obtain copy of order on subject with protection order out to Westport Municipal Court. Subject attempting to purchase rifle at Big 5 Sporting Goods and was denied. Order violation forwarded to courts.

12:27 a.m. — 1600 Block Ocean. Public Assist. Request for assistance for couple who had broken off key in door lock. Locksmith unavailable for after hours call out. Assisted in removing broken key. Used WD-40 to assist in getting lock to function property allowing couple entry into their condo.

8:30 a.m. — 900 Block G. Public Assist. Welfare Check on subject. Citizen contacted. No problem.

9:35 a.m. — 100 Block E. Patterson. Traffic Stop: No Front Plate/Two Defective Brake Lights.

10:11 a.m. — 200 Block W. Spokane. Traffic Stop: Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree/No Proof of Insurance.

1:12 p.m. — W. Spokane & N. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

7:02 p.m. — 200 Block E. Elizabeth. Disturbance. Received report of verbal argument with shots fired. Officer contacted three males. Two had been arguing. Third male arrived and fired two shots from his pistol into the air to break up the fight. No one wished to press charges. Male who fired shots was charged with aiming/discharging firearm within city limits.

9:25 p.m. — 2400 Block S. Montesano. Agency Assist for GHCSO/Traffic Stop. Deputy not available in area. Vehicle had pulled into driveway of private residence. Unoccupied at time of officer’s arrival.

4:48 p.m. — 500 Block W. Ocean. Suspicious Activity possibly involving narcotics items.

9:46 p.m. — 1600 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Headlight.

9:48 p.m. — 1300 Block S. Montesano. Persons. Neighbor reported female screaming. Male subject arrested for Domestic Violence Assault.

2:10 a.m. — 200 E. Spokane. Traffic Stop: Defective Headlight.

5:43 a.m. — 500 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding/No Vehicle Operator’s License/No Proof of Insurance.
